They need to upgrade pots pans and needs to have many things fixed. There were 2 refrigerators which was nice until we realized one wasn't working after we had put food in there and left it overnight. There were NO condiments at all, not even salt and pepper. The pool say heated but it wasn't. The plus side I got a visit with my family.

Cons—Front drive at light was broken and laying on its side when we pulled in. Possibly from the wind. Fridge was broken but they brought in a new one and set it up in the dining area. Floors were extremely dirty. We all had black socks within 15 minutes. Property looks worn and could use some simple improvements. Don’t plan to cook- minimal cookware. WiFi was awful. Would go in & out all day. Was hard to watch any tv because it would freeze so much.Pros—Beds were super comfortable, showers had great water pressure, pool is safely guarded from young children, loved that they provided shampoo, conditioner & body wash. Provided plenty of towels. The house was very spacious inside. Did not feel like our family of 7 were on top of each other. Great “sports bar/restaurant) steps from the house. Super easy to get everywhere as house was centrally located. Quiet & nice neighborhood.

Simple, affordable - as expected

We stayed for the gymnastics meet with the group of girls different ages and adults. The property is a little dated, but it did the job. Convenient location, enough entertainment for the kids inside the house, BBQ, laundry. What was very important for us: number of bathrooms and different bedroom set ups. Will stay in this house again when in the area

Florida Vacation

Communication was the highlight of this property. A response was typically given in a timely manner. This home needs to be professionally cleaned. Within 2 hours of walking in the house the feet and socks of the adults and small children were black. Other areas of the home showed build up of dirt and dust. The outdoor screened in common area ground needed power washed and scrubbed as it was equally dirty. The pool was also dirty and needed vacuumed and a new filter or the filter needed serviced. Lots of debris and water bugs, dead and alive covered the top and bottom of the pool. The owner did have their pool person come at our request, but until our third day there, a pool person did vacuum the pool and it made a considerable difference. Paying to have this home cleaned as part of our stay here is a waste of money. The cleaning staff did not do a satisfactory job and with 2 interactions, were actually rude. The layout of the home served our 11 person family well. We would not stay here again.
