Waterfront Townhome near Destin Harbor w/Boat slip

We are located in Holiday Isle. When you exit Holiday isle across the street is Winn Dixie, Walgreens, Target, and loads more. This convenient location saves much time in traffic. Our townhouse has a huge deck 18 x 30 feet with 3 areas of seating. You can see the boat slip off our deck and can fish from the dock. Close to Crab Island and 4 different beach areas. We have a 150-quart cooler on the deck and a commercial 300-pound ice machine on the lower dock. We have an upper deck and a lower dock. You can fish right off the dock pier. We have a bait freezer available for our fishing guests. We have a kayak that seats 2 and life jackets. Our newly renovated kitchen is completely stocked with:

Whether you are looking for a beach getaway or an avid fisherman this is the place to stay. The newly renovated lower-level bedroom suite has a king-size bed with a private shower and vanity. The bedroom on the main level has a queen-size bed and a private bathroom. There are 2 bedrooms on the upper level.-bunk room and a bedroom with a full-size bed. The bunkroom has full-size bunk beds and 2 twin beds. These 2 bedrooms share a Jack & Jill bathroom. Our deck is 45 x 18 feet with a grill. We have a covered area with a table and seating for 10 people. There is a 150-quart cooler on the deck and a commercial 300-pound ice machine on the lower dock. There is a 30-foot boat slip available -[With a slip rental fee of $50/night.] We have beach chairs and beach towels. No pets allowed.
