This charming classic beach cottage is ideally located for your vacation stay! Only a few minutes walk to the beach with a view of the ocean from the top porch, this two-story home is conveniently located five blocks from the center of town, with easy access to shopping and dining. Johnnie Mercer's fishing pier conveniently just five blocks north for fishing enthusiasts. Leave your cars behind, and enjoy a relaxing vacation at The Pink House where everything is within walking distance! The Pink House features a unique garden and fenced in back yard to offer a space for you to relax or for children to play. Gas and Charcoal grills are available with propane supplied. All linens are provided (including beach towels) along with beach chairs, umbrellas, and carts. Family weekend

We loved the house! It has everything you need for a great weekend at the beach. Location is prime -walkable to everything!

We are thrilled you enjoyed your stay! With the beach 5 houses down the block, the center of town just 5 blocks away, we love to offer a great location for our guests! You can leave your car in the drive and pretty much walk everywhere! There is a cute little grocery downtown too along with great restaurants and shops!

Perfect beach getaway

We rented the entire house and it was the perfect set up with 2 families. We could be together, yet still have separate space for downtime! The house was clean, well stocked and so close to the beach (no roads to cross) which was incredible with little kids. Highly recommend! Will definitely stay here again.

Perfect place for Wrightsville Beach

This is the second year we've stayed at the Pink House for surf camp. The house is super clean and comfortable. The beach is just a few steps away, so it's easy to come and go. The house is also walkable to many shops and restaurants. We'll be back next year!

Vacation haven

The pink house is a favorite resting and vacation place for our family. A stone's throw from the beach, it is beautifully furnished, well ventilated, and accommodates our family well. We stayed for two weeks and loved every minute of it. One small suggestion concerns the Crow's Nest which could use a few more cooking pots, pans, and utensils. Thank you for a great experience.

Thanks for the tip on the accoutrements needed for Eagle's Nest kitchen. Many items that belong upstairs get moved to the kitchen downstairs when the house is occupied as a whole, but we will be happy to look into purchasing what is needed!

We love the pink house

We housed three generations in the pink house. Grandparents upstairs. Kids and grandkids downstairs. Perfect. Stone’s throw from the beach and ten minute walk into town. A real home away from home.

Our goal is to make the Pink House your home away from home and provide all your needs with quality amenities; creating a comfortable stay and wonderful vacation for you and your family. We have had longtime ties in Wilmington and love the family feel of Wrightsville Beach. My son who lives in nearby Hampstead is our director of guest servicesI am a jewelry artist, and certified beekeeper, living in Chapel Hill. I appreciate your interest in The Pink House.

Our property has all the comforts of home with the cozy feel of a classic-style beach house. Personally maintained we pride ourselves on our cleanlieness and great reviews.

The main floor has been recently redecorated, and the second floor bathroom was just renovated as well. Higer speed wifi just installed and and quality new windows for the whole house.

What makes this property unique

Our location is easy walking distance to town, with shops and dining, so once you arrive you can leave your cars behind! The Pink House is located just 1/2 block walk from the beach access. We provide chairs, umbrellas, and beach carts if you don't want to carry all those things with you!
