The location is fantastic for those visiting the local private schools, colleges, Treehouse Brewery, Yankee Candle, Quonquont Farm, Sugarloaf mountain or other attractions. This historic structure boasts wide pine floors, a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, fun pastel blue Smeg fridge, stone countertops, island. Dining area with banquette seating. The showstopper is the double sided gas fireplace from the living room to the dedicated office space, high speed internet. Frame tv in common living area, original 70 pane glass window, queen sleeper sofa. Second floor is massive primary suite with King bed, luxe linens, tiled shower en suite bathroom.
