Keep it comfortable at this newly refurbished, fully equipped and centrally located townhome in the heart of Eagle (near Boise). Within walking distance to the quaint town of Eagle, there are a number of cafes, restaurants and shops to enjoy and explore. Also, walk, bike or float the scenic green belt along the Boise River. This home is perfectly located to explore Boise, Bogus Basin, the highway 55 gateway to McCall and Stanley, and all that Treasure Valley has to offer!

I am from Southern California and fell in love with Eagle the first time I visited!
Why they chose this property
I love the quaint feel of Eagle itself, but I also love its proximity to Boise and Meridian if I want more of a city feel. The opportunities for out door fun with the Boise river running right through it, and multiple lakes, hot springs and mountains within an hour and half, make it the perfect place to stay in ID! There are also SO MANY fantastic restaurants, shops and community activities, you can never be bored!
What makes this property unique
My property location is within walking distance to downtown Eagle. It is a quiet, peaceful community with fantastic neighbors. It's a perfect spot to relax and unwind after exploring all of the amazing sights and activities that the Treasure Valley has to offer!
