About this property

The Boathouse, a Perfect Getaway

Looking to get away, relax, and have expansive Lake Norman views. The Boathouse is a 780 Sq/ft one bedroom fully renovated suite with a new kitchen, luxurious Spa bathroom and a large bedroom that comfortably accepts a king size bed. The open floor plan living area has a dining table, and a living room with a sofa bed and two chairs, a fireplace and 60" smart TV. Located literally on the edge of lake Norman there's a new composite deck with a hot tub and grill. And, amenities like Restaurants, Groceries and Bars are 10 minutes away. The boat house comes with its own separate kayaks, paddle board, fire pit, grill and hot tub. We have a driveway camera for your security.
