Quiet and served it's purpose

Microwave and ice tray didn't work, but it didn't hinder my stay overall would book again.

The location was my favorite part

We loved the area! Very ideal location to many popular restaurants. The air conditioner doesn’t put out very well as it does not reach the bed area. We ended up going to purchase a fan for the next couple of nights. This isn’t enough to drop my rating down but just beware future travelers, if you are here spring - summer you will need a fan if you fare hot natured. We never had to worry about not havingv parking and the check in and check our process was very smooth. Overall, we will stay here again. Better then staying in an over priced hotel with less space!

Short walk to beach and outdoor dining & bars

Very comfortable accommodations. Newly renovated and clean. Impressed that beach chairs, beach umbrella, cooler and beach towels were provided (and used each day).

Enjoyable

We enjoyed our stay... Evan was very responsive and the place fit the bill. Very cute and very clean. Easy to the beach and great bars/ restaurants all near by. Just a few minor things, the refrigerator froze everything the first day because we didn't notice it was set up really high. When we reset it then we didn't have any ice. But not huge. There was also a slight smell of fish in the fridge and the sink. Maybe the past visitor fished and stored the fish in the fridge? And lastly the air conditioner works, but was working kinda hard. And didn't really cool the space down very well. All of this is minor and not enough to change my ratings from 5 stars.
