Los Pocillos apartment !!! Sea views, pool, sun all day & near everything.

Vista Mar is a refurbished haven, set in a quiet residential area in a private gated community complex. It is on the 1st floor.5mins walk to Los Pocillos beach, shops and bars and close to Matagorda and Puerto Del Carmen.

The balcony is south facing overlooking the pool and garden where you can enjoy the sun with a snack and a drink from our included welcome pack.

This apartment is clean and well equipped and comfortable. The pool and sun terrace is ideal for relaxing.

Vista Mar has air conditioning in the lounge. There is a Smart TV in the lounge
with UK and international entertainment package. TV/Sport/Movies and Music channels. There is fast fibre internet and WiFi. The phone signal is good.

The lounge/dining area is open plan, with a sofa, dining table and chairs. It has patio doors to the balcony & the sea view.

The double bedroom faces the sea view and has a king-size bed. There are large wardrobes, and drawers. There is a safe.

There is 1 bath towel 1 beach towel and 1 hand towel per guest.

The bathroom has a bath with overhead shower, WC and hand basin.

The kitchen is fully equipped, with large windows with a sea and Mountain views.

There is a hob, an oven, microwave, fridge freezer, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, sandwich toaster, washing machine, iron etc.

The Los Pocillos has a lovely clean beach and the Avenida which spans from Matagorda to Puerto Del Carmen.
It has plenty of local amenities; shops and restaurants and bars. There are Chinese, Indian, British, and Spanish restaurants and shops.

It’s handy for, walking, jogging, cycling and other sports.

The Plaza area has gardens along the Avenida which is lovely flat area to walk. It stretches from Matagorda to Puerto Del Carmen.

A car is not essential, but if you do choose to tour the island we have a parking space.

There is a regular bus service to and from central Puerto Del Carmen and Arrecife.

We have friendly hosts who will meet you on arrival and they are available to help.

Additional info:
There is a Spar supermarket and cash machine very close by and it is open late. There is a Lidl and a Mercadonna in Puerto Del Carmen.

The airport is 10 minutes from the airport; a taxi costs approx 12 Euros.

Perfecte Lage nur 5min zu Fuß zum Strand

Alles so wie erwartet und angeboten. Ich fahre schon seit Jahren immer wieder nach Lanzarote. Dieses Appartment besticht dusch seine Perfekte Lage 5 min zu Fuss am Strand / Meer. Appartment ist sehr gut ausgestattet und nur für NICHTRAUCHER was ich sehr gut fand. Das Bett ist gross und sehr komfortabel, die Küche bietet alles was man braucht ausser einen Geschirrspühler. Im grossen und ganzen würde ich noch mal dort hinfahren habe es nicht bereut .... 5 Sterne von mir.

Lovely small quiet complex

We were greeted by the wonderful Karan, she was very friendly and helpful. Answered all of our questions and recommended places of interest to visit. We were there for 2 weeks and she said she would be back to change bedding and towels half way through our stay. (which she did). The gated complex was set back in a quiet residential area, only 8 apparments and a shared pool. Our apartment was the only holiday rental, the rest were private. The complex was so quiet we had the pool entirely to ourselves for the whole fortnight which was fab as it felt like having a private pool! (we stayed there end aug/sept) The apartment was immaculate, well equipped, light modern and airy with a lovely little balcony over looking the pool and sea view not far in the distance. All amenities, bars restaurants and beach 5 minutes walk away. A futher 20 -30 minute stroll takes you to the main tourist strip with lots of bars, shops and restaurants. We hired a motorbike for a couple of days and explored the island, taking in the volcanic landscape and beautiful view points, wineries and coastal villages. The weather was hot but the breeze and often windy days kept you cooler. The beach within walking distance from the apartment was fabulous. Its a huge beach so huge expanses of sand with no one on them, or you can choose the areas with the hired sunbeds if thats what you prefer. We hadnt been to Lanzarote before, we had a lovely holiday and would recommend this small complex 😀

We had a lovely time The property was lovely The only two negatives to mention Was 1. We wasn’t aware that we had to pay for the air con euro coins until on arrival 2. The shower was very low pressure not good at all .

If you like peace and quiet this is the place to be. Only the two of us at the pool side for the full two weeks. No fighting for sun beds. Kitchen well equipped and Karen the manager is brilliant. You do ned to like a walk as there is a bit of a hill.

Bad experience!

When we got to the apartment everything seems fine. Nice dining room, bedroom and a beautiful view of the volcanoes and the sea. Small, but nice balcony and the apartment was clean. *However, we soon discovered that there was no ventilation in the bathroom. *The shower needed to run for 5-6 minutes to get enough pressure and heat on the water flow for us to shower. *The hob in the kitchen did not work and there were holes in the bottom of the oven. Looked like someone had punched these holes with a screwdriver! According to the owner it would be so!? After a few days, we had a new stove and oven installed. *During the 2nd week, out of 6, we had a heavy rain and woke up to water coming from the bedroom window and from the doors and windows in the living room and kitchen. We had to dry up roughly 6 liters of water in the morning and air dry with the apartment's heat pump *After the rain, it was not possible to close and lock the wooden balcony door which had absorbed water and Chris who managed the apartment had to make a temporary solution by planing and grinding down the door so that we could close and lock the apartment when we were not there.. *We contacted the owner, who we believe is responsible for the apartment being suitable for rental. Unfortunately, this was another very unpleasant experience for us. The owner was completely misunderstanding us when we thought we should have some kind of compensation for all our problems during our stay. We actually lived and paid rent, during the time that craftsmen had access to the apartment! They would replace the doors and windows in the future but that didn't help us. The apartment was definitely not worth the money it cost as it is now, and we will never rent it again. We have been coming to Lanzarote several times a year since 1994 and stay 5-6 weeks each time, the longest stay was 6 months! and rented apartment in many places in Puerto del Carmen, but never experienced anything like this.

I have two holiday properties, one in central Puerto del Carmen, and one right near the beach in Los Pocillos. Both have pools and contemporary furniture. I have property managers who know the island and are there to help.

What makes this property unique

I like the location for the access to the beach and all the shopping and restaurants and the Avenida. I like the sea views from the balcony and the mountain views. Peace and quiet and the convenient location tips the balance for me. It is easy to access the centre of Puerto Del Carmen. It is a peaceful haven with lots of sun, beach access and easy to walk to the shops and restaurants. I like the fact that you can walk along the beautiful beach and Avenida and take in the Seashore every day. This apartment is also near Matagorda to watch the sunset while having a drink.
