The recently renovated two-room apartment, in the renowned Los Pocillos neighborhood of Puerto del Carmen, just 300 meters from the wonderful beach, is located on the first floor of a quiet and peaceful residential complex with swimming pools and tropical garden. It consists of a living room / living room with a fully equipped kitchen (including coffee maker, colander, toaster, kettle and microwave), bedroom overlooking the pool and garden, walk-in closet with small safe, bathroom with large shower and washing machine. , hairdryer, iron and ironing board, private terrace where you can eat outside. Also available 2 deckchairs useful for terrace, swimming pool or beach. Bed, kitchen and bathroom linen included. Free Wifi and TV with international channels. Free free parking. In the immediate vicinity, shops, bars / restaurants, supermarket, car / bike rental. The center of the town is about 1 km away, also reachable via a suggestive seaside promenade. Airport 5 km. For those looking for a holiday not only maritime, in addition to the fabulous coasts, Lanzarote offers many other ideas and places of sure interest, all reachable within 30 minutes by car. The accommodation is not suitable for disabled people; access to the house is via an external staircase. Animals are not allowed. For any further needs, we will provide you with the contact details of our highly efficient local contact. A few days before your arrival, you will be notified by email with all the information to reach the accommodation and the password for free wifi. Upon your departure, we kindly ask you to leave the apartment tidy and in the condition in which you found it in respect of those who will come after you. We also ask you not to leave garbage or unpackaged food and never throw non-biodegradable waste in the toilet / toilet, but use the appropriate baskets. Smoking is allowed only on the terrace and we also kindly ask you to respect the silence during the time slots (14/16 and 22/09). It is not allowed to move the furniture. Las mimosa

The apartment is clean, has sufficient equipment for your stay and is on a lovely quiet complex. It has a swimming pool on site with sun loungers. Michela is always at the end of the phone for any problems and is very quick in her replies. We have spent 11 weeks at the apartment and loved every minute. The seafront is at the bottom of the road. You can walk to playa Honda in just under an hour. Buses are very prompt and regular. Thank you Michela for all your kindness

A month with solitude

We rented this property for a few reasons, the pool which was always clean. The proximity to the beach, which had an amazing promenade that we walked daily. Restaurants within walking distance, that were outstanding. And grocery near, which we used almost every other day. The owners Fabio and Michela were so incredibly helpful and kind. I contacted them several times, they felt more like friends I've know forever. The home had everything we needed. Had lovely meals on the balcony and the breeze that runs thru the apartment was magical. It's a peaceful place, but if you want nightlife walk 20 minutes or take a taxi for 5 minutes. I would recommend this rental without a doubt. It was pure bliss

FAR TO RESIDENTIAL.

The apartment was small. Bed was good but pillows were very poor and were all stained. Wardrobe doors had to be dragged along with a good amount of force making it difficult to open and close. The kitchen is hard to work in and poor quality. Far to many knives and forks but short of a tin opener and any form of strainer. We had a new tin opener delivered after telling the lady and she gave us a camping one . The settee being also a bed was very uncomfortable . The place is all residents and all nationalities but not English so not a holiday resort at all. The pool was not cleaned in the 5 weeks we were there , so all in all not a good holiday resort.

Although I reported that the accommodation has been left by you in good conditions and there have been no particular problems during your holiday, I am very surprised and embittered about the review posted online. But overall I am very sorry for some false things described: then, I decided to reply, because of my excellent reputation based on many other previous reviews received. Regarding many things you have reported (for the first time during my long experience), I completely disagree, starting with the size of the apartment: it has a bedroom, open kitchen with living room, private outdoor terrace and bathroom as described on the website, therefore no one can expect anything more. Furthermore, it is located at about 350 meters from the sea in a mixed and quiet residential complex very different from a "holiday resort", frequented by residents and tourists of every nationality, being Lanzarote a Spanish island with international tourism and not a territory for the exclusive use and consumption of English people; if there weren’t English people, honestly this is not my problem and I doubt that in the world there are tourist facilities "only for English people" ... it would simply be discriminatory. The sofa is made for sitting and not for sleeping; for that there is the bed in the room, while the pillows were not stained, but in any case quickly replaced as you requested. The wardrobe door will be made smoother as soon as possible. In relation to the kitchen, it is absolutely new and completely equipped with all the necessary things, including all cutlery. Were you not satisfied with the existing tin opener or the strainer ?? In Lanzarote you can easily buy them for the price of 2 euros. The swimming pool is automatically cleaned every night. Perhaps, for your expectations, you should have chosen a resort or hotel of a higher price level ... only for English people.

Mooi en goed verzorgd appartement, alle vooraf aangegeven dingen in en om het appartement waren er ook daadwerkelijk! Verder is de beheerster Michela iemand die secuur en adequaat reageert bij je verblijf.

Nice Relaxing Holiday

If you like a noisy lively holiday, this is not for you. However if, like me, you want a nice, quiet and relaxing holiday then this location is ideal. It is within a 5 to 10 minute walk to the beach and shops but far enough away to be quiet. The apartment was excellent with lovely furnishing and a nice relaxing balcony. Everything in the apartment was of excellent quality and I would certainly recommend it to anybody who likes some relaxing times on holiday

Property not bad but complex disfuntional

Too many local children at pool. Spent most of time paying for sunbeds at beach. Gate constantly banging from 9am till after tea time. Couldn't park as there was about 6 commercial vans taking up spaces. Wfi not very good. Only a quarter of a toilet roll in appartment on arrival. Could never enjoy a meal nor sit on veranda as awning broke. Payed for cleaning services. Saw cleaner once in 10days . 4 new towels and made bed ( WOW)

Hi Gillian, just to clarify please note that you paid only 25 Euro for the initial and final cleaning plus one change of towels and linen during your stay. This is a complex of private apartments, not a hotel. Sorry if the wind broke the curtain of the terrace: now it is finally new and replaced. Sorry if the parking was occupied by vans, this is not our fault. Anyway in this street you can park everywhere. Wifi is usually perfect. The main gate is public and not private.

L'appartamento, in ottimo stato, molto carino e pulito, è dotato di tutti i comfort e situato nella playa de Los Pocillos, molto ampia e suggestiva. La zona residenziale è ben servita da mezzi pubblici, noleggio auto, supermercati, negozi, locali e ristoranti. A circa tre chilometri, passeggiando sul lungomare, è possibile visitare Palya del Carmen, la località turistica più vivace ed animata di Lanzarote. Molto cordiale la signorina Michela, che ci ha fornito tutte le informazioni per passare una bellissima vacanza. Insomma un'ottima scelta, sicuramente da provare!
