The full Tyler Bluff property has a total of eight (8) units and can accommodate up to 39 overnight guests, as follows:

1. INCLUDED - Sunset Ridge House: main 2-story house with full kitchen, living room with wood-burning fireplace, dining room, laundry, and master bedroom downstairs. The master features a king-sized bed, oversized soaking tub and large two-head shower. A wrap around porch provides ample seating to eat meals and enjoy the scenery. Upstairs you will find three bedrooms with queen-sized beds, a guest bathroom with tub/shower and loft with seating area. Sunset Ridge sleeps 8 guests comfortably in beds.
2. INCLUDED - Sunset Lodge: the two-story Lodge has a large multi-purpose living space for gatherings as well as a workout room with a queen-sized murphy bed and full bathroom in the downstairs. Upstairs is a private bedroom with two full-sized beds and a bathroom. The second story bedroom can also be accessed by stairs from the carport. The Lodge sleeps 6 guests comfortably in beds.
3. INCLUDED - The Pool House: The pool house serves as a bathroom for guests at the pool as well as a bedroom with a twin-sized day bed with a twin trundle, sleeping 2 guests in beds. The pool house also has a large, covered seating area with an outdoor TV.

6. ADD-ON – Shadrack Cabin: A cozy and quiet cabin that sleeps two (2) guests in a queen-sized bed. It offers a half kitchen with fridge and Keurig coffee bar, plus a separate bathroom.
7. ADD-ON – Love Shack Cabin: A quiet and cozy cabin that sleeps two (2) guests in a full-sized bed. The room features a mini-fridge, bathroom and French doors that open up to a large patio overlooking the valley.

The house features a large master bedroom with king-sized bed, whirlpool bathtub, shower, and separate vanities. Upstairs guests will find a large bedroom with two queen-sized beds, a queen murphy bed and sitting area in the loft, and a full bathroom. A wrap-around patio leads to the deck with a hot tub and scenic views of the valley. Hideaway House sleeps 8 guests comfortably in beds.
