Great getaway

My husband and I enjoyed the getaway downtown definitely a different scenery than the country the bed was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in a lot of space and beautiful views and the host responded to our needs

Everything about this unit was perfect. Down to the location, the cleanliness, easy check in and out, and the little treat basket is very much appreciated, especially after a long car ride. Definitely recommend the host and the property both are excellent!

Perfect vacay!

The host is helpful and patient. We really enjoyed our stay. He had great customer service. His check out list made everything so easy. The place itself is clean and very comfortable. My kids and I really enjoyed family movie night on the coach on the big TV after a long day of sight seeing! Definitely recommend!

Best apparent by thr river walk

Super clean apartment close to great restaurants kinds enjoyed the pool and the karaoke all evening very quiet at nights my wife and I enjoyed the rainy nights drinking some adult beverages....kitchen was awesome had evening you need to cook at home...planning on coming back soon thank you Ramiro for letting my family enjoy your apparent for the weekend 😀 😊 👍

Amazing place for romantic getaway!

My wife and I stayed at Ramiro’s place for a babymoon and we absolutely loved it. The space is huge, new and clean! We got to enjoy coffee on the upstairs patio while watching Netflix and enjoying the weather and views of the riverwalk. The king size bed and couch in the living room were so comfortable! Ramiro made himself very accessible for any questions we had and we would absolutely recommend staying at his place! For what you get, the value is unbeatable!

The best rental on the Riverwalk!

We booked this penthouse during the week of Fiesta in downtown San Antonio. The location was perfect, it was close enough to the action but far enough away that we had a good rest. The patio was amazing, it was a great place to hangout after long days and enjoy the view of the Riverwalk, it had a table and couches, plus a fireplace in case it got chilly. We didn't use it but it added to the vibe. The house was very well appointed, anything you could need was available. It was also very clean and easy to access. Our host was great, he was friendly, helpful and responded very quickly to any questions that we had. All information was provided promptly and was clear as to what we had to do to gain access and what we needed to do for a smooth checkout. All the rooms had new furniture and huge TVs! This place had it all. If I could give 10 stars I would. Next time I go south, I'll be sure to stay here again! Thank you for the perfect place to stay!

Little compassion

We ended up not staying due to CovId and no give from the owner or VRBO. We were suppose to predict when I would get sick and call, except it happened day before we had to travel and the owner gave no consideration to moving reservation to next year for the Rock and Roll races. We didn’t ask for money back and he could have rented it with the notice I gave him. Really sad there is little to no empathy and compassion for responsible people. All about making a buck.

Worst vacation stay

The elevator was not working and it did not help that we were in the 5th floor. Although there was one other elevator, it was on the other side of the building. The AC stopped working and our room reached 87 degrees. Although this was reported early in the day, maintenance did not arrive until the next day which happened to be the day we were checking out. I reached out to both, owner and property manager on the day the AC stopped working yet no accommodations were offered other than three fans that made no difference. All in all my entire family slept in what seemed to be a sauna, sweating and very uncomfortable.
