The river stay

This is such a cute little place and there is everything you need! Well thought out! Sitting on the porch looking at the river and pool is so peaceful! Very quiet community, met some great people ! Highly recommend the singing river cruise for a simple boat ride and education of the rivers !

Very comfortable condo

We really enjoyed our stay at the condo and hope to return next year. The fishing was good also. Very well maintained complex.

We bought our first condo in the Landings a year ago and fell in love with the location on the Rainbow River/Withlacoochee with easy access to local restaurants/stores. We recently found this property in the same location and could not pass it up!

Why they chose this property

The location is perfect and has easy access into the unit with no steps from the parking lot to the front door! Recently remodeled interior with in unit laundry, dishwasher, stove, refrigerator and a walk-in shower with seat.
