About this property

Country setting, FREE use of the Kayaks and golf cart, or take the kayaks to Rainbow River, my place is on the “Withlacoochee River” so you need you would need to use the golf cart with the kayak trailer to drop in at the neighborhood ramp and paddle North to get to the Rainbow River. If you choose to transport the kayaks, The KP Hole and Rainbow Springs State Park are 10-15 min away. You can bring your own boat, “there is a boat ramp in the neighborhood”, and local ramps in town. Relax by the fire in the evening. Peaceful, quiet and only 15 minutes from town for shopping and dining. FREE use of the golf cart, kid and pet friendly.

Sleeps 4 comfortably, but room for 6.

PETS MUST BE PRE APPROVED prior to booking. Additional pets are additional with a pro rated fee, and all pets must be crated when left at the property.

Just book it

Husband & i stayed here for our honeymoon & we had everything we needed. Made many memories & locals were very friendly and welcoming. Makes us want to move here! Property manager was very helpful & communicated with us well for everything. 🙂 will be coming back!

Cozy little place

This is a cute and cozy mobile home that is in a quiet neighborhood close to shopping and restaurants. The only thing that was a bit uncomfortable was the ceiling height. Watch out for the ceiling fans 😀. Communication with Chaz was always prompt and polite. We'd stay again if in the area.

Get away

Chaz was great in communicating with me in a timely manner. The stay was great! The community and amenities were great as well! Everything I wanted to do and see was all only minutes away. I would definitely recommend this place to others!
