This cozy modern one bedroom sits above `Beer Kitchen` one of the most popular restaurants in the Westport district. Not to mention an entire strip of bars to enjoy an evening out. If that`s not enough, the world famous Country Club Plaza is just down the street, boasting 150 shops restaurants and entertainment venues. After enjoying the day come back home to a comfortable apartment with Netflix, Washer/Drier, and a fully stocked kitchen. Book now for a great KC experience!

This 1 bedroom has gorgeous 13ft ceilings with tall windows that provide ample amounts of sunlight. Exposed brick and hardwood floors, and updated finishes such as brand new high end appliances, granite countertops and an energy efficient washer/dryer combo.

I live 10 minute away from this unit and am always available via text for my guests.

Westport is one of Kansas city`s most beloved neighborhoods. It`s arguably the best spot for night life in the city. As a dedicated entertainment district it has dozens of bars and restaurants open till 3am on the weekends. The Country Club plaza is also down the street from this apartment. It`s Americas 1st outdoor shopping mall, housing 150 shops and restaurants in 15 blocks, all modeled after Seville Spain. Down Town KC and all it has to offer is only an 8 minute drive straight down main street.

We loved the location:right in the heart of Westport! Within walking distance of all kinds of bars and restaurants. The apartment is clean and adorable, with all the amenities of home. It even had a tiny little balcony, where in the summer you could sit and watch the action in Westport.

We really enjoyed the neighborhood and close locations of the many options of restaurants and bars. Loved the balcony to enjoy morning coffee and a glass of wine in the evening to people watch. The apartment was wonderful with everything we needed. We felt very safe in the area and multiple levels of security access were provided. As indicated in other comments, there are varying levels of urban street noise at night. Location had lots of bars/restaurants within walking distance, as well as easy access to Country Club Plaza or Downtown area. Street parking was hit or miss, but the reserved garage parking spot approximately 1.5 blocks away was appreciated. Also, communication responses from the host were extremely prompt.

Great weekend getaway

The location of this apartment is terrific. less than a mile to the plaza and easy walk to and from. Lots of great restaurants and shopping close by and very exciting on the weekend nights. Can get a little noisy on the weekends, but that’s to be expected and I embraced it. The apartment was comfortable and had everything I needed. The balcony is a huge perk to sit with a cup of coffee in the morning and a glass of wine at night watching the sun set. I highly recommend and would come back!

Confy, fute and welcoming stay!

My mother and I came to Kansas to visit my brother. Stayed a block away from him. Easy check in and host is very communicative. This little place is perfect for young couples or small young group. There is lots of bars, restaurants, coffee shops mear fo walk to and close to downtown kansas. We definitely enjoyed this stay. It is a bit noisy at night so think about it if that’s something you dont like. Over all we recommend it.

Awesome location in Westport. There’s a diverse range of restaurants to choose from and the space is right above The Beer Kitchen, I especially liked the boba place that is right next door. There’s a big record store walking distance and so many little shops to explore. However, If you feel like getting cozy you can opt to make use of the fully functional kitchen and dining room and streaming movies and shows in bed or in the living room was easy. When you get there you’ll feel safe and secure as there are 3 codes to get into the space. 1 for a gate 1 for the front door and finally 1 for the beautiful modern apartment.

Great Stay!

We had a great experience staying at this apartment! I contacted the host and let him know we were going to get there after midnight. He was very accommodating and sent the check-in instructions. There are 3 codes to get in, but the check-in instructions have pictures which make it a breeze to get to the apartment. When we got there, a little past midnight, the area was still very alive, but once we got into the apartment, the noise was minimal. The apartment is very modern and was plenty big for my wife, two kids (18 & 12), and I. There are plenty of restaurants, bars, and coffee shops a few steps from the gate. You can also jump in your car and will be in downtown in a few minutes. Overall, this was a great place and I would definitely recommend it!
