We’ve stayed in Coos Bay / North Bend multiple times as our son went to SWOCC. We’ve stayed in hotels, Air B & B, and VRBOs. This was the best place we’ve ever stayed. The location was easy, parking good, plenty of room. Plenty of comfortable seating, which always seems to be lacking.

The apartment was very spacious and sparkling clean. It has a large kitchen and living area. The bedrooms were roomy and comfortable. It was nice to have a second 1/2 bath.

Communication was super responsive and helpful. The place was very clean. My biggest suggestion is to add curtains in the main living space. The place curtains do not offer privacy, especially at night, and made the house unbearably hot during a heat wave, because they do not block light at all. Beds were comfortable.

I'm usually careful about listings that include "cozy" because they usually mean small. But this was a large apartment with large windows and lots of natural light. In this case I think that cozy means comfortable - and we were very comfortable there!

Great stay

The property was clean and very easy to access. We stayed for 3 nights and the owner was very accommodating. They even personally came over to help with a streaming tv issue I created within minutes of asking. And a small but appreciated bonus: Their check out process asked me to log off any streaming devices and leave Everything else to them! No towels, sheets, recycling, etc.
