Want privacy and space? Look no further. Our Oasis in the desert will give you all the space you need to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city life. Bring the family to this spacious home built on a 5 acre lot with lots of room for fun. Minutes away from Joshua Tree National Park.
The space
This is a perfect place to relax and enjoy a family cookout or BBQ. Enjoy stargazing at night while roasting s'mores by the bonfire. Or just have a good ole time shooting pool in the game room. Our indoor spa is a perfect way to unwind after a long day at Joshua Tree.

The House:
Our house offers 3 spacious bedrooms with a Cal King, an Eastern King and 2 Queen Beds. There is a futon as well as an air mattress for extra guests. There are 2.5 bathrooms. You'll love spending time with your family in the living room as you watch your favorite show on our 70" smart TV. And let's not forget the patio. The views are to die for from every side of this house. Lots of great photo opportunities in this place to capture your special memories.

Game Room:
Enjoy our spacious game room that offers a pool table, a ping pong table, a basket ball hoop, foosball and more. You are welcome to play music inside the game room but not too loud that it would disturb the neighbors.
Guest access
You'll have the whole 5 acres to yourself with no disturbance. But with open acres, noise does travel pretty far. Please be respectful of the neighbors and the cities noise abatement laws.

You will also have access to the Game Room where there's activities for everyone.

There are multiple areas around the property to sit and relax. Especially at night when star gazing.
Other things to note
This is a desert and with that comes the heat and wildlife. Don't be alarmed if you spot certain critters but please keep a safe distance.

Pet Policy:
This is a pet friendly home but please keep in mind that there is wildlife around.
Absolutely no pets allowed on the furniture.
Please do not try to sneak in your pets without permission.
Please bring pet supplies as we do not carry much if at all.

No Parties Allowed:
Absolutely no parties. A noise complaint could result in a fine by the city. Please be respectful of the noise abatement laws.

Rules inside the house:
Please refrain from eating over the bed linens.
Absolutely no pets allowed on the furniture.
Absolutely no shoes on the carpets.
Absolutely no music allowed outdoors and especially after 10pm.
Absolutely no smoking or vaping of any kind.
Absolutely no drugs including weed allowed on the premise.
Violating any of these can and will result in removal from the property as well as a fine.
