3 bedroom/3 bathroom top floor condo with direct ski area views! Enjoy a Main Street address with downtown Breck and base of Peak9 accessible on foot. 1400sqft on one level features full kitchen and dining area. Vaulted ceilings throughout. Private balcony w/ gas grill. Great floorplan: all bedrooms have their own attached bath! In-unit laundry. Detached 1 car heated garage. Access to outdoor pool/hot tubs, gym, steam room. Next to troll/ice rink/sledding hill/train park for kids!

The space:
• Living room with leather sofas, recliner, mounted flat screen TV, vaulted ceilings and direct ski area views.
• Dining area
• Full kitchen with everything needed to cook and serve a meal plus breakfast bar with 4 barstools
• Master bedroom with king bed and attached bathroom with shower, separate tub and double vanity.
• Second bedroom with king bed and attached bathroom with shower/tub combo.
• Third bedroom with queen bed plus bunk bed and also an attached bathroom with shower/tub combo.
• In-unit washer/dryer.

Outdoor Space:
• Balcony with gas grill and table/chairs plus views of the ski area and downtown Breckenridge.

Building and Premises:
• Detached one car heated garage.
• 2 onsite outdoor hot tubs.
• Access to Main Street Station amenities: Large outdoor heated pool, seven hot tubs, fitness center and steam room. *The pool area may undergo an extended closure this fall of 2025 to complete much-needed improvements. This listing will be updated once we have definitive dates.*
• Charter Sports in Main Street Station will provide complimentary overnight ski valet so you do not have to carry your equipment back to the condo. Located in Main Street Station (near the base of Peak 9).They are open 8am-7pm until the last couple weeks of the season. Tentative closing date is likely to be 4/28/24.

Occupancy Limit: 8
Parking Limit: 1 car in private garage, availability to park 1 other car in the outdoor guest spaces, available on a first-come, first-served basis (not guaranteed). Additional cars may be parked across the street at the Ice Rink Lot (paid overnight parking). Oversize vehicles must park at the Airport Road overnight pay lot.

Provided Items:
• The kitchen is fully stocked with all essentials. We also provide complimentary salt and pepper, coffee and tea, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, hand soap, dishwasher detergent, kitchen towels, and a sponge.
• The bathroom is fully stocked with necessities as well as hairdryers and full size hand soap/conditioner/shampoo/body wash. Laundry detergent is supplied for the washer and dryer.
• There is a pack n play crib available in this property. Pack n play sheets are not provided.
• Hot tub towels are provided.

Other things to note:
» The minimum age of the primary renter must be 25.
» Property mountain access details and ski in/ski out designations are dependent on open lifts and runs. Guests are responsible for being aware of the Breckenridge Ski Area lift and terrain statuses, opening and closing dates.
» There is the potential to snow October-May so cars with proper snow tires and 4WD/AWD are required during this time.
» This house is located at an elevation of approximately 9,600ft which is considered high altitude. We recommend visiting the CDC website for more information on traveling to high altitudes.
» There is no air conditioning and most properties in the area do not have it due to the mild summer weather and the fact that it cools down significantly at night.
» Summit County has strict Short Term Rental rules and regulations that must be followed. Please refer to the Good Neighbor Guidelines posted in the unit on what is required from renters.

Lovely long weekend

This condo is a wonderful place to stay. Close to town, easy access to garage parking and well appointed inside. The property managers were very attentive to a small problem we encountered. Would love to stay again.

Perfect location and size for a family of 6

We really enjoyed our stay. The rooms were spacious, the kitchen well stocked with dishes and coffee, and had plenty of room for a family of 6 plus a one year old to stay. The garage was an added bonus to leave the ski gear and rental car. About a 4min walk to the Quicksilver Lift from the house.
