Welcome to Chestnut Highlands, located in the Highland Greens Townhomes community on Chestnut Lane, Breckenridge, CO.

LOCATION
A Rocky Mountain getaway that's easy on the wallet but still feels luxurious, complete with all the must-have amenities to make your vacation as hassle-free as possible! Ideal for making new family memories, it's both cozy and spacious.

You will have convenient grocery stores nearby: Whole Foods, Safeway, and Walmart in Frisco. City-Market in Breck.

BONUS AMENITIES
In ski season, there's a Free Community Shuttle that picks you up a few minutes past the hour within a few yards of your door. It operates from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. There's also easy access to the Blue River Bikeway across the highway, so bring your bikes, walking/running shoes, or both! There are ski/bike rentals close by.

Your private hot tub off the living room/dining area is large and ready for your long exhale!

Plenty of bedrooms with TVs, plus an airy, windowed “bonus” room at the top of the stairs, enable guests to spread out and relax. The prime hangout space is downstairs for connecting with loved ones. It has an open floor plan, vaulted ceilings, giant windows, a generous kitchen, and a gorgeous dining table to seat the crew! Have you ever heard of couches that both recline and rock? Uber comfy!

*Great Room: Super Comfy Rocking & Reclining Sofas with a big flat-screen TV and cable

Parking for 2 vehicles on-site - one in the garage, the other in the driveway. Due to plowing needs, cars parked on the street will be towed. A third vehicle could easily be parked for 24 hours in the satellite lot a mile away (on the way to Breck)

Really felt like home away from home! Very clean while also feeling homey which is tricky to accomplish! We loved the private hot tub and proximity to so many things! Would absolutely stay again.

My family loved our time in the mountains. We knew our location was convenient but were so pleased with how accessible Breckenridge\Frisco\Keystone were thanks to the free shuttles nearby. The house included many extra items which made our stay more enjoyable (humidifiers, fans, puzzles!). We also appreciated the very clear instructions and helpful communications from the rental team. We look forward to staying again in the future, fingers crossed for more snow!

1. Upstairs smaller room windows were open. Kids suffered entire stay cold at night. In same room shower did not work nor TV. Open window is fall risk and safety concerns may lead to very dangerous conditions. There was not point that room gave us nightmare so we took turns to check on kids. 2. Other larger room same windy night open the window and closing system was not working as other room .3. The day we arrived we were tired due to mountain sickness contacted host or managment company. They texted back but solution was not working. End up staying like that because it was too late and too tired to do anything else and we had plans and booked events for entire trip that we like to stick because it was paid for so we did not bother host again and again but host should have taken care our safety concerns and showers Atleast.

Amrishkumer, you stayed at this beautiful vacation rental for 4 nights. To clarify for future guests: we reached out via text the day after you checked in and right away via VRBO when we received the message about the bedroom TV and difficulty using the shower, but we received no replies for the rest of your stay. After 30 minutes without a response, we followed up again, but still heard nothing. We assumed everything was fine. We received absolutely no communication from the guest. We would have immediately provided more towels and closed the windows (which were NOT broken). This home has in-floor radiant heating, and it has been the hottest Spring in history. Also, there are tower fans that have portable heaters, also if you were very cold. We're a local, hands-on team and would have been delighted to assist with all of the above had there been any communication. There is no TV in the bedroom; it is only for DVDs or gaming. Lastly, we reiterate that we remain available on all the platforms we have been using to communicate with this guest, and that nothing was unable to be corrected or facilitated. PS - when we arrived at the property post-stay, the hot tub had been turned off, which could have been catastrophic, the garage door was inoperable, and the fireplace pilot light was out. None of those things were mentioned to us. To confirm, we've reached out by email, phone/text, and VRBO several times but haven't received a response. Perfect place to stay in Breckenridge

My family stayed at this townhouse for 10 nights this May. It was comfortable and well-stocked, the neighborhood was quiet, and the location was central to all we wanted to do - just a few minutes from Breckenridge and maybe 15 minutes to Frisco. We’d definitely stay here again! Thank you for everything!

We travel to this same subdivision almost every year. We love it! This particular condo was just like it was pictured. Everything was clean and decorated so cute. It was exactly what we needed. Would definitely stay at this location again. Wonderful experience!

Great house for a large group! Having three bathrooms was awesome, large rooms, and great location right uptown - only about 10 minutes to the main area in Breck. We experienced a power outage and our hosts were sooooo kind to find us a back up option as we were getting ready for a wedding that day. Very pleased with our stay and would book again. Only recommendation is adding a few beach towels since there’s a great private hot tub, not enough bath towels to use for both.

Downunder to Breck

We loved the place, shuttle from front door and a short drive to town make the location superb. Hot tub lives up to expectations and the communication pre check in was super helpful. Also the phone support when we were asking about shuttle pickup was a nice personal touch.

Cozy and comfortable

Our family of 5 enjoyed our stay. The hot tub was quite spacious, clean and worked well. The beds were all comfortable. The kitchen was wonderfully equipped. I appreciated all of the rapid communication with the property management to answer the few questions I had. It was great to have a garage to park in. This property was close to Breckenridge and Frisco. Lots of things to do and see! I would book this again.

Excellent Location with Ski Shuttle

We had a group of 7 with 4 of us skiing. We had plenty of room and a well stocked kitchen. Private hot tub and garage are great to have. The ski shuttle picking us up/dropping us off on the driveway is AWESOME! We had a blast!

Great stay

We had a great stay. House was clean and listing accurate. Super cute neighborhood and kids had fun riding bikes. Only wish that there were some plastic plates and bowls for young children.

Everything was great and main st was really close by
