The Carriage House - Downtown & Nat’l Park Stay

Affordable, comfortable, and quaint stay downtown! Tucked in the historic district, this renovated cottage offers a studio-style 1 bed/1 full bath just minutes from downtown. This is an excellent location at an affordable price! Intimate & efficient space. Only a 2 min drive/10 min walk to downtown & National Park hike & bike trails. Safe area. Great Wifi. Two miles to racetrack & casino. You can’t beat this location!

*Pets welcome w/ $50 fee. Message host w/ pet description - please keep pets off beds/other furniture.

Driveway is shared with the Main House next door (also a rental of ours). This is a separate rental, but please be courteous of parking spots. Choose a designated parking spot, please don't block in vehicles you don't know.

Two homes on same property mean yard may be shared with other guests. Back yard is not fenced.

*Smart TV is provided - can access personal Netflix, HULU, and Amazon Prime accounts

*Designated parking and street parking, 2 vehicle limit strictly enforced

Very lovely Carriage house that was perfect for a couple. The property was very convenient to all of the activities that we had planned in town. If I ever have another trip planned to Hot Springs for business or pleasure I would stay here again.

Beautiful little house for a weekend in hotsprings!! Everything was perfect and per the listing, AC was cold, fans were provided to help the cool air circulate. I only rate my stay a 4/5 and not a 5/5 because upon arrival at 8:15pm, the house was still in the process of being cleaned and I had messaged earlier in the day about my late arrival. The cleaner/property own were very reasonable and receptive to the lack of rental readiness upon arrival. It was a minor inconvenience, and handled very professionally. Great little place! 10/10 would come back again!

We had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect and close to everything we needed while still feeling peaceful and relaxing. The home was adorable, cozy, and thoughtfully stocked with everything you could possibly need, which made our stay so comfortable. The host was incredibly friendly and welcoming and provided great local recommendations that made our trip even better. We truly felt at home and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Very nice place to stay in Hot Springs

The place was perfect for my wife and I. We always like to find unique places to stay, and this was a great choice! The place was clean, well kept, had a great location to downtown. Would stay again.
