The lower level of this home offers a large primary suite and a queen bedroom with a hall bathroom. The spacious primary offers a King sized bed, chest of drawers for storage, a mounted TV and a private bath with double sinks & a large shower. Enjoy your coffee on the private and peaceful oceanfront deck while enjoying a beautiful Topsail sunrise! The second bedroom offers a Queen sized bed, mounted TV and a private deck with views of the sound and a hall bathroom with tub/shower combination.

On the top level, you will find two additional bedrooms, a full bathroom, an open living space, and a well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances. The large granite island offers seating for three and the additional dining table seats six...plenty of space to enjoy a meal together! Both top floor bedrooms offer a double bed, mounted TV, chest of drawers, and a deck with sound views.

The oceanfront deck offers additional seating, as well as a dining table. Enjoy a meal while listening to the waves crashing!

This property also offers Keyless Access Entry for a quick and easy check-in and check-out process. Codes are given upon check-in and will no longer work after check-out time. Check-in time is 4 pm and check-out is 10 am sharp!

** Guests are required to be a minimum of 25 years old, provide valid ID, authorize a security deposit hold, and sign a lease and addenda with Blue Anchor Property Management within 48 hours before the reservation is confirmed. Guests that are not related must be 30 years old and all guests in the party must present a valid ID and sign a lease with addenda with Blue Anchor Property Management, no house parties allowed. Events may be allowed with prior approval, Event Addenda, and Event fees paid within 48 hours of the booking for the reservation to be confirmed. Dogs are allowed at this property. Up to two dogs max of 50 lbs each, if the booking channel only collects for one dog, any additional pet fee is due to Blue Anchor Property Management within 48 hours of the booking in order for the reservation to be confirmed. Blue Anchor Property Management has the right to cancel any reservation within 48 hours if any of the above requirements have not been met. **

Located on New River Inlet Rd in North Topsail Beach. Approx. 15-20 minute drive to local restaurants, shops and stores.

Park all vehicles in the designated driveway spaces. Parking on the street may result in towing. Any fines/towing charges are the guest's responsibility.

Bag all trash! Loose trash in the trash cans makes a mess for the cleaners. Our cleaners work hard so that you can relax!

Please DO NOT throw trash in the yard or the neighbor's yard.

Trash Pick-up is very important to keep the environment pristine. Follow these directions to avoid fines. Please make sure all trash is bagged and placed in Trash receptacle by Wednesday evening. Please make sure all recycling is placed in the Recycling receptacle by Wednesday evening. Please do not place trash or plastic bags in recycling container.

Maintain a good level of cleanliness throughout your stay. This will make it easier on you at check out!

Please be mindful of your neighbors and keep noise to a minimum between the hours of 10 pm - 8 am.

Absolutely NO smoking or vaping anywhere on the premises.

Supervise children and do not leave them unattended.

Pick up dog waste in a plastic bag and put it in the trash.
