We recently purchased this home and gave it a facelift! New paint, flooring, mattresses, furniture, luxury linens, fully stocked kitchen, full washer and dryer and all new decor and lighting. We're one of the few properties that offers over the top amenities, including flexible booking, and we're pet friendly as well! And we have a BRAND NEW HOT TUB, perfectly situated for privacy on the ground level, along with an extended deck near our outdoor shower. Bliss!
Flexible booking means you can choose which day you want to arrive and how long you want to stay! We don't require a seven night minimum, even during the high season. You choose the length of your stay based on YOUR needs, not ours.

About our location: this spacious home provides the luxury of a quieter beach so you can spread out and enjoy yourself! No big condo properties or hotels nearby, just other large homes. And it's centrally located between Surf City and North Topsail, so the best of both worlds is a quick, five-minute drive either way. Perfection!
This home is PERFECT for groups that want a big space to hang out together, but still like a bit of privacy as well. Each bedroom has its own PRIVATE full bathroom! We have given every inch of possible space in each bedroom over to the most comfortable beds and linens we could find. Each room has its own television, bathroom, closet and drawer space, and each bedroom has its own balcony as well. Two bedrooms are oceanfront, so you can wake up with the view of the gorgeous surf each day.
Our decks are fully furnished with rocking chairs for morning coffee, or to enjoy a refreshing drink after a day of play at the beach! The top deck on the ocean side also has three captain's chairs and a table for breakfast with the sunrise and the dolphins.
Traveling with little ones? We have a pack-n-play conveniently stored on the second floor king closet, and a high chair tucked away upstairs in the games closet for your convenience.
The living room, kitchen and dining area provides stunning front row views of nature at its finest! Plenty of seating both inside and out.
If you need a break from mother nature, we provide a fully stocked activity closet with games, books and puzzles, or you can take a quick trip into town and enjoy the finest dining, shopping and nightlife both on and off the island!
We offer a well-loved "pay it forward" kitchen policy. We love it when our guests leave behind fresh food items, both in the fridge and freezer or the pantry. We find our guests enjoy a lot of "bonus" food items that provide a great supplement to what you'd normally stock. Our guests love it and it works very well. And you will love our kitchen! Luxuriously appointed with everything you need, including all appliances large and small, a regular coffee maker as well as filters and coffee, plenty of pots, pans, dishes and utensils to entertain your loved ones. Also included is a world-class view - enjoy the sights and sounds of the beach while you're fixing!
Everything you need to get started on a relaxing note is already provided for you, so we've stocked it with shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hand soap, as well as two rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom to get you started. Dishwashing detergent, trash bags, and even laundry detergent for our washer and dryer, in case you need to run a quick load of laundry are also available for your convenience.
We have a large flat screenTV in the main living area, and strong Wi-Fi throughout the home. All five bedrooms have smart Roku TVs as well, just in case you can't miss your show!
We love our dogs! And we are very pet friendly - just let me know. In fact, you can even bring your well behaved dog to a great restaurant that's within walking distance from our house! Our only requirement is that for the comfort and enjoyment of all of our guests, we do not allow dogs on beds at any time. Pet hair is difficult to remove from linens, and we want everyone to be able to enjoy their stay.
A charcoal grill is provided in the carport for your convenience, and please bring your own charcoal!
We also provide boogie boards, beach chairs, a cooler and an umbrella for your use on the beach, as well as an outdoor shower for your convenience.
The most important thing to us is your happiness during your stay. We take great pride and pleasure in making sure you have everything you need to have a great vacation, and we do everything we can to ensure you have the best vacation possible!
