Southbay by the Gulf, is a quaint little townhome community located on the emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico. This secluded property offers such a variety of vacation homes; you will be drawn back, time after memorable time. Our units feature private patios/balconies you can enjoy beautiful views from.

Southbay has 2 swimming pools and 2 kiddy pools; we heat the south pool seasonally. If it's tennis that you love, we have that too. Our grounds are made for walking so park at your front door and enjoy a stroll through the property while feeding the birds, fish and turtles.

Griswold/Bunty vacation

Great location. House could go with some upgrading:bathroom wall has some water damage, top of bunk bed slats are loose, stair carpet worn and dirty, sagging shelf above sink in kitchen, main room flooring old, missing some utensils like can opener snd spatula, bottom dresser drawer in twin bed room loose and not useable.

Perfect family vacation

From check in to fixing needs promptly Allie is amazing! She is very accommodating and went out of her way to make our stay enjoyable! The beach access is a close walk with clean beaches! Town house had plenty of room for 4 adults and 3 littles! Highly recommend!

Excellent location

This house was perfect for our first family trip. Literally everything was in walking distance. The beach, souvenir shops, grocery stores, food all within walking distance. The home was clean and spacious. We will definitely book again in the future.
