Totally worth it to be so close to the beach and also so close to shops and restaurants! Perfect size, we had 5 people total and we were all very comfortable!

Our stay was nice. Our host communicated very well and fast. The home was clean. We were close to the beach which was just a short walk. You share the beach with several other rental places. Which we didn’t realize but it was still nice. We enjoyed our first trip to Destin and can’t wait to go back!!

Paradise Awaits

The townhome was clean, light, bright, and very spacious. We enjoyed our time in Destin and the location to the beach was wonderful. The neighbors were nice and we enjoyed the ambiance all around.

Home away from home

The home was nice felt like home . Felt like we just moved the house to the beach. Everyone can have their own private space and bathrooms . And still can come together in the living room and eating area to enjoy each other and watch tv and eat. Close to the beach and all the stores and eating areas

Great location!

Easy check in instructions. We loved the beach buggy with chairs and boogey boards. Those came in use every day. It was very clean. The location was the best part. I loved being such a short walk away from the beach. From the top balcony you can see a little sliver of the ocean. I was able to tell if conditions were decent for swimming if I saw the para sailers out. Walking distance to Kenny Dee’s and Captain Dave’s. Just a short drive to Crab Trap and Publix. Even with the rainy week we had a great time because if it started raining we could just walk home and walk back when it stopped. No packing up the whole car and having to come back and find parking. That was nice.

Near the beach

Beautiful townhome. Great location since it was just a few minutes walk to the beach. This was just what we were looking for. The only negative thing I could think about was the dryer was a bit small and did not really dry our clothes well. Other than that, everything was awesome!

I could not cook because there was a water leak upstairs on the 3rd floor, it was reported, but it wasn’t fixed, by the time left the water leak was worse because they never fixed it, and that cost me money because I had to buy food airside. Also they need to updated their sofa beds mattress, we feel like we were sleeping on steel. Very bad

Our maintenance team did notice the small drip leak and had a plumber on standby to make the repair. However, we reached out to you for access and unfortunately didn’t receive a response, so we were unable to proceed while the home was occupied. The issue was repaired immediately upon your departure. As for the sofa bed, we appreciate your honest input. We’ve taken note of your comments and are already looking into replacing the mattress to improve comfort for future guests. We truly regret that your stay wasn’t as enjoyable as it should have been. Your feedback is important to us, and we’re committed to making improvements.

Amazing and great price!

This was the perfect place to stay for our getaway of 5 people. The price point was great, Unit was very clean and updated, and the whole process was very easy from start to finish. It is maybe a 3-4 minute walk to the beach so I would suggest bringing a cart to carry your supplies down. Overall it was excellent!

Cute and spacious townhouse

The house was super close to the beach and in a good part of town. Neighbors were super friendly too. The house easily slept 10 guests and was clean. I definitely would book this rental again for another trip! The only downside is the house did not come with condiments like salt, pepper, olive oil, etc. We did a lot of cooking from home and ended up purchasing our own. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would recommend it to others.

Beautiful Property

This is a beautiful place and is indeed very close to the beach. The property manager is very responsive to detail and any issue that comes up. The only issue might be that if one is elderly or at all infirm there are 34 stairs to the master bedroom. There is, however, a full bath on every floor and one could choose to stay on the bottom floor. The kitchen is 17 steps up from there.

House was available for check-in in the morning way prior to the standard 4pm check-in which was so nice!!! I called to make sure before arriving and the lady on the phone was so kind and helpful and made for such a smooth and comforting experience. The house was beautiful with its open kitchen layout and great patios! The property came with plenty of blankets, towels, beach equipment, and kitchenware too! I came for a bachelorette and the bride was thrilled about how lovely the place was! The location was amazing too. We thought we wanted to rent a cart to be able to get around but we honestly walked most places where we didn’t even need one! 100 recommend this location to friends or families. We had no issues with any maintenance whatsoever but I do feel that if we needed anything the property managers would have answered the phone right away and been just as helpful as they were when I called for check-in. If you do stay here I highly recommend going to Kenny D’s on Wednesdays for karaoke. It was two blocks down and it was so wholesome seeing all the families with kids singing along with mid 20-year olds like myself!! Ugh, we just had the best time at this gorgeous condo!!

Mostly very good stay.

Except for being locked out of the garage, very good experience. They do not give you a key to the garage and they failed to have it unlocked from inside the house. Since the check in was at 5:00, we had to wait until the next morning to have it unlocked.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great house, but it wasn't as clean as it should have been. We found dirty towels on the floor in the master upon arrival. The stair banisters were extremely dusty. There was trash under and behind the pull out couch. Close to the beach and restaurants. I also loved the patio areas.

spacious and great location

This property had lots of room for everyone and was in a great location! Short walk to the beach, and the wagon, beach chairs, umbrella and toys made it super easy! Very close to restaurants and shops too! Be aware that this is a 3 level property and the master bedroom (which is huge!) is on the 3rd floor, so lots of up and down stairs. The only disappointment for me was the size and quality of the washer and dryer. It was a very small stack w/d and the washer could only fit maybe 8-10 items of clothing. The dryer was not powerful and took several hours/resets of the cycle to dry the clothes. We ended up going to a laundromat on the last day because with 7 people, the laundry added up. Otherwise we were very happy with our stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful condo, great area, lots of space. Bug problem started downstairs bedroom, moved to main floor. Leaking washer, air was broken to find out. Kids bedroom and bathroom doors didnt lock. No cable in downstairs bedroom, and the othet rooms, there were very limited channels. Hurricane cindy hung around for a few days and family differences caused us to leave early. Was a horrible vacation, will not return. Not much to do in the area when its raining either.

Okay property

It's a nice property close to the pool and the beach. The neighbors that we meet at the community pool were great. The first night, we couldn’t sleep until after 1 AM because of extremely loud noise, music, thumping, and shouting coming from the nearest neighbor. We had all gone to bed around 9 PM after a long day, hoping for a quiet night. When we called the property manager, they answered but didn’t take any action that night. Fortunately, the neighbor moved out the following morning. The kitchenware, plates, cutlery, and colander were extremely dirty. We had to spend time washing everything necessary before the dinner, which was an inconvenience and not what we expected from our stay.Most concerning was the colander, which still had shrimp residues on it, raising hygiene concerns. This was communicated to the property manager, and we're compensated with 10% discount off your total room rate. The barbecue wasn’t working on the first day. On the second day, it was replaced with an older unit, but the igniters weren’t functioning either, so we had to light the gas grill manually with a lighter.

We completely understand how disruptive the loud noise from the neighboring unit must have been, especially when you were hoping for a quiet evening after a long day. As soon as we were made aware of the issue, we contacted the neighbor directly. They responded with an apology and assured us they would be more mindful moving forward. Thankfully, they checked out the next day, and we’re glad the rest of your stay was quieter. We also want to sincerely apologize for the condition of the kitchenware upon your arrival. That’s not the standard we hold ourselves to, and we’ve addressed it directly with our cleaning team to prevent this from happening again. Regarding the grill, we appreciate your patience. A new grill was delivered promptly, and our maintenance team was happy to show you how to ignite it since the setup was slightly different from the original model. We truly value your feedback, and we’re always working to improve. Thank you again for staying with us, and for allowing us the opportunity to address the concerns during your visit.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit is tired looking. It needs more work. The appliances are very outdated and not working well. The refrigerator needs new parts or should be replaced. The furniture is old and uncomfortable. The beds however were good. The property management staff did their best to resolve sone issues. They were able to get us a new bbq and charcoal. And new chairs for the patio. They also did some painting of the staircase where the paint had pretty much flaked off and left a sticky feel to the wood. They responded quickly and we appreciated that. There are a lot of stairs as there are three levels but the space worked well. In our view the unit needs updating.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We visited on the coldest week it has ever been in Florida. The HVAC system did not provide proper heat, the kids room was an icebox and was not used. They provided all tv subscriptions so our evenings before bed was great. We could have used more than one trash bag during our 4 days stay. Great area for pets to do their business with stations for bags and waste.

The custom for vacation homes in our area is to only provide an initial set up of trash bags, paper products, and the like, as a courtesy so that guests have time to unpack or purchase items needed for their stay, however we would gladly have brought you some by as well as assisted with the hvac.
