Modern and Spacious 2br apartment,only 5.5 km drive from downtown Reykjavik
Our apartment is centrally located in residential area in Kópavogur, with the local swimming pool Kópavogslaug in walking distance (700m) and Sky Lagoon is only 1.6km walk/drive away. We are only 5.5 km drive from downtown Reykjavik. You can find Grocery stores, bakeries, playgrounds and shopping mall ( Smáralind ) close by.
Our apartment is in a newly built building (2021) with 3 other apartments. Our apartment is on the ground floor with private entrance and two private parking spots. It's 133 square meters with two bedrooms so all rooms are very spacious. Each bedroom have queen size beds ( 160x200 cm ), and we can add single beds if needed in the bedrooms. In the bathroom we have washing machine, a dryer, a spacious shower and a bathtub. In the end of the hallway we have TV room, with nice sleeping sofa. Our kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, normal filter coffee machine and also Nespresso machine. In the living / TV room we have a 55" TV with Apple TV so you can log into your streaming services, Netflix, Amazon Prime etc.
It's a very nice apartment in a nice neighbourhood.
We have a baby crib and high chair available to use for your children.
Linen, towels, soaps and such are included.
We manage over 100 properties here in Iceland, most of them are in the Reykjavik area and also outside of Reykjavik.
