Come enjoy a SW Florida vacation in this 3-bedroom, 2 1/2-bathroom vacation home located in a quiet neighborhood of NW Cape Coral. This home features a screened lanai, private heated saltwater pool and privacy fence. You are close to shopping, golfing and many local attractions. Being in the NW area of Cape Coral means you are nearly equal distances to the famous Gulf islands of Boca Grande off Port Charlotte, Sanibel Island and Ft. Myers Beach from Cape Coral and Ft. Myers. From here, you have access to the best beaches SW Florida has to offer as well as many great restaurants, bars, and supermarkets.
THE HOME
1750 sq ft, open floor plan with west facing pool. You should not need the pool heating fee during the summer months.
Bedroom 1: King bed, ensuite bathroom and large walk-in closet. Bedroom 2: Queen bed. Bedroom 3: Two twin beds. Additional sleeping: Pull-out couch or Queen air mattress
Second bathroom is shared. Dedicated pool bathroom off the lanai.
3 TVs w/ cable and high-speed Wi-Fi internet access provided.
The lanai features a TV, outdoor sitting, and dining area w/grill.
The kitchen includes all your cooking basics; stainless steel appliances (refrigerator with ice maker, microwave, range with built-in air fryer, and dishwasher), blender, coffee maker, toaster, knifes, dishware, flatware, and breakfast bar w/ seating.
Central air conditioning, in-unit washer & dryer, hair dryer, iron & ironing board, linens and towels.
3 stall garage and the large driveway provides ample parking.
