The unit has been beautifully decorated and offers the perfect setting for a beach getaway. You will find this spacious kitchen to flow perfectly with the open and spacious living room. The comfort of the fluffy furniture and the clean design will make you feel at home. The kitchen is very well stocked, it offers anything and everything you may need to cook a three course meal. the bunk area is secluded and has a private bathroom accessible right across. The master suite has the most comfortable bed and perfect shades to guarantee a good night sleep after a long day at the beach. The private master bathroom and extra large closet space complete the perfect ambiance for comfortable stay.
Phenomenal setting offering panoramic elevators, you cannot find anywhere else, heated pools, kiddie pools. Vegas style fountain show every night, you can enjoy from the privacy of your own balcony!
The unit has been decorated extremely tastefully and no expense has been spared for the comfort of our guests. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need. The master bedroom has an extremely comfortable King Bed and en suite Bathroom. The bunk area is secluded and has brand new mattresses and a private bathroom. The living area is extremely spacious and open, it offers a sleeper sofa couch and brand new furniture for the ultimate luxury feel.

Great host and hospitality

This stay was everything my party could have asked for. Check in was streamline and the room was plenty big enough for 8 people. More amenities in the room (detergent, trash bags, toilet paper) would have been nice, but overall at great stay.

Great place for families

We had a great stay! Especially loved that there was a parking deck level on our floor. It made coming and going much easier. There were a few things that would make the stay better, but I let the owner know and the things I mentioned should be addressed. Overall, I would recommend this unit to family and friends.

Me and my husband and my friends came down for a few days for a baseball trip my husband was coaching. We found this property and there was 6 of us and It was roomy could even fit more. It was clean and also close to everything. Would recommend staying there. Can’t wait for our next trip.

Weekend Getaway

Both beds had sheets and blankets with stains on them that were very uncomfortable to sleep with. When contacting the email it took us two days later to get blankets. There was no rolls of toilet paper. Beds were very dirty and it took too long to get what we needed to sleep comfortably.

Great location but a few issues

It’s a great location, spacious, and all the amenities are great. Only 2 things I would comment on. 1- is the place was falling apart a little, broken closet door, broken cabinet, and ripped furniture. 2- is the elevators, there was always 1 or 2 down at a time so the wait times for the elevators was long. Also the staff at the building was rather rude and threatening over a simple mistake where nothing is posted.

Beware of property and managers

When we first arrived to the property it was very late so I put my kiddos to bed and woke up early to get moving. The property was extremely dirty, I noticed as we walked around my white socks were black. I mopped all the floors and wiped down all counter and even the walls in the kitchen. Overall the property is very run down, massive large patches in the walls that are poorly painted over. The balcony is gross with old tooth/dental pics and torn up/ missing cushions. There is no way to enjoy outside. Mold noted along the wall near the dishwasher. I emailed the management company and at one point they stopped responding. So I went to the Laketown Wharf lobby and they tried calling and getting in touch with them with no luck. I showed them the pictures of when I had cleaned the floors and they were shocked with how gross- they also stated that Escala property management was not professional, had a bad cleaning crew and I was not the first complaint that morning and it was only 10am. After receiving g an email back the property management wanted to do anything but assist with any type of refunds- in fact they even stated they wanted to address the concern but would always ask for clarification after multiple emails from myself and then my husband. We sent numerous pictures and emails without any resolution. I will Never recommend them or this unit. Laketown Wharf is a nice area and has nice condos- I suggest you book through them. The location is great as well.

Awful communication

Unit was ready on time. Floor felt dirty. Towels are worn and smell once wet. Beds were comfortable. One beds bedspread had a rip in it. We emailed bc some light bulbs were out and instead of someone coming and replacing them we were told where to find them and we can change them on our own. We didn’t bc 2 of them were in the ceiling fan. On day 2 when we went out of the room to get our groceries, when we came back our code no longer worked. It lit up green, so we knew it was the right code but the door would not open. Anelia's rentals and Escala vacations rental company did a horrible job at communicating. It took 2 hrs just to get an email response. They refused to answer the phone. I sent several emails asking them to call me with my number listed and they refused to. Only commicated on and off for 2 hrs. After 3 hrs we were told the maintenance was off grounds and would be back in an hour. The company even told us to try to get in by using a credit card. Crazy!! Maintenance came after that hour and it turns out the key pad needed a new battery. We were locked out for 4 hrs with all our groceries melting and when I asked to be compensated for our lost groceries and inconvenience I was told they can't do that. Poor customer service and a day of wasted beach/pool time. I do not recommend using this vacation rental company. Anelia's and Escala were not respectful of our lost time and groceries.

Absolutely loved the place. We had 6 people end up coming and It was spacious for even more people. Very clean condo. Also thanks to the host anytime I had a question they were quick to respond. Me and my friend really enjoyed the rental. The unit looks better in person. We did notice a few "honeydo" items with doorknobs, outlets and master shower. But overall the unit was clean, nicely decorated and convenient. Full of convinces. I'll stay again.

Unit 429 was a nice unit but there were several maintenance issues however when we called the contact number some one addressed our needs quickly. The coffee maker did not work and the cable was terrible. Hardly any channels were available or would load. Not sure if that is a cable carrier problem or the Wi-Fi just would not support the system. I would stay here again because of the location. Easy access to the beach and the facilities were nice.
