I'm a local investor & licensed agent that has lived in the Old Town Scottsdale area since I moved from Ohio in 1999. I have 2 dogs (Bradley & Lady). I love to being outdoors and traveling. I take great pride in my furnished rentals. My assistant Nina and I manage all the properties.
Why they chose this property
I own 10 furnished rentals in the Old Town Scottsdale area. Historically I have catered to traveling working professionals but decided to offer my properties up to vacationers looking stay for extended periods.
What makes this property unique
My properties typically only see 2-4 tenants per year unlike most furnished rentals who can see dozens of people each year. They are all fully remodeled top to bottom, tile throughout & glass shower doors. We use white sheets/blankets and towels so tenants can feel confident everything is clean. As well, bed & pillow protectors that get cleaned after every turn.
