Completely Renovated 1 Bedroom 1 Bathroom Condo - Amazing views of #1 Beach from Open Patio!!-Unit 94 | This completely renovated one bedroom one bathroom condo is located on the ninth floor of our Grande Tower Building. The views of the Gulf of Mexico from this condominium are perfect for watching evening sunsets! Because it is located in the Tower, it is an easy stroll to the beach. There you can to enjoy our white quartz sand, and the Gulf's warm waters. The unit's living room and dining room areas are combined to extend your entertaining space and is equipped with a large 55", wall mounted flat screen TV with streaming service for your enjoyment. The master bedroom has a king size bed with a 32" flat screen TV with streaming service, with a blow up, queen size EZ bed. The bathroom has a walk-in shower. This efficient galley style kitchen has granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances and is fully equipped with all the items you need for cooking - pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster, coffee machine and a Keurig coffee machine. The condo has all hard wood floors throughout unit. The comfortably furnished open patio allows you to enjoy can enjoy the warm tropical breezes. The pool on the beach shown in the photo is not part of our property.

Overall a very nice stay! The bed was comfortable and I loved the open outdoor patio. We did have a few issues with the kitchen sink handle being loose and the shower stopped working a few times (had to just tighten the head), but we would definitely come back. Plenty of towels provided too.
