Completely Renovated 1 Bedroom 1 Bathroom Condo - Amazing views of #1 Beach from Open Patio!!-Unit 94 | This completely renovated one bedroom one bathroom condo is located on the ninth floor of our Grande Tower Building. The views of the Gulf of Mexico from this condominium are perfect for watching evening sunsets! Because it is located in the Tower, it is an easy stroll to the beach. There you can to enjoy our white quartz sand, and the Gulf’s warm waters. The unit’s living room and dining room areas are combined to extend your entertaining space and is equipped with a large 55", wall mounted flat screen TV with streaming service for your enjoyment. The master bedroom has a king size bed with a 32" flat screen TV with streaming service, with a blow up, queen size EZ bed. The bathroom has a walk-in shower. This efficient galley style kitchen has granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances and is fully equipped with all the items you need for cooking - pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster, coffee machine and a Keurig coffee machine. The condo has all hard wood floors throughout unit. The comfortably furnished open patio allows you to enjoy can enjoy the warm tropical breezes. The pool on the beach shown in the photo is not part of our property.

The actual condo was nice with extra things for the beach. The kitchen wasn’t fully stocked but we did use the grill on the beach for our food one night.

Lovely place. One small thing however it was an issue. They were renovating the unit next-door to us which involved some drilling, electric saws, etc. I understand it has to be done at some point, but if we knew the days in advance, we could have arranged our museum and tour days around that. It also happened to rain during that time so we were kind of stuck.

Our favorite spot!

We have stayed in unit 94 twice. Our first experience was so good, we decided to go again. Second time was just as great as the first! The condo was so clean. It is equipped with everything you need. The king bed is very comfortable and the view is fantastic. We will be returning!

Anniversary Trip

This was the first time in 9 years my husband and I got away just the two of us. It was for our 10 year wedding anniversary. The condo was clean. The view was beautiful. Everyone we met was kind. The condos were quiet. I really don’t think we heard any neighbors. The beach was clean. Would definitely like to stay here again with our whole family.

We enjoyed it so much that we are already planning for a return trip. The beach and the ocean is pristine. We loved sitting in the surf and searching for shells. The condo has a beautiful view of the beach no matter what time of day. Beautiful mornings, warm sunny days and beautiful sunsets and the occasional pop up afternoon shower. The condo has all the comforts of home with the exception of a washer/dryer. The washer is right across the hall which is convenient, but we did have trouble using the app. The building/condo is very close to the beach and is within easy access. We loved our stay!

Great week in Siesta Key

Really nice and relaxing experience. Staff was very friendly, the distance to the beach was perfect, and the "adult" bayside pool was a nice option for something a little quieter. Spent every evening on the balcony watching the sun go down while enjoying an adult beverage. Even got in a couple games of pickle ball on the modified tennis courts. Only suggestion would be to update a few photos on the web listing as some of the furniture is no longer in the property (but did not factor into the overall experience... just a suggestion).

AMAZING STAY

What an amazing stay. The Palm Bay Club was as advertised and so much more. Beautiful grounds and amazing staff. My family was immediately impressed before entry to our room. This was only enhanced upon walking into our rental. What AN AMAZING condo! Every bit of attention was paid to the fine details to make our week-long stay perfect. There may not be a better view of the sunset in Siesta Key than there was from our balcony. From the decor, to the cleanliness, down to the little things like beach chairs and multiple appliances. They did not miss any details to make this place one of my favorites i've stayed in in all my travels. Its not a matter of if I book this condo again, its a matter of how soon can i book it again.

We've stayed at The Palm Bay Club in the past (bay side) and really enjoyed our time. This rental was nice overall, and the Oceanside views were nice also. The first day we had AC and door locking issues. Maintenance responded within 20 min and fixed it. I personally did not find the bed comfortable but it suited us fine. New appliances were a great addition, and made it feel clean. I will say I think the condo needs a deep clean as there was a lot of dust and dirt. Having the beach umbrellas available were great for our toddler at the beach. As always Palm Bay clubs private beach area is fantastic and their beach attendants are great. Pools were warm and clean as usual.

Beautiful beach/ocean view from condo and balcony. Condo is just the right size for a couple or small family. Everyone at Palm Bay was so friendly and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed exploring the gulf coast beaches and towns.
