Enjoy this beautiful condominium in Midnight Cove II! Watch the boats go by from your open 3rd floor Bay front balcony! Updated unit with new kitchen, newly upgraded master bath with walk in shower, and washer and dryer. Enjoy a game of tennis at of their nicely appointed tennis courts, or a dip in the pool at their invitingly large community pool. Private beach access just a short walk across the street.

BOOKING REQUIREMENTS:

1 WEEK MINIMUM RENTAL REQUIRED AND SATURDAY TO SATURDAY ONLY BOOKINGS ONLY

Tenant agrees to rent the unit as specified in the TSA rental agreement. If cancellation is necessary, it must be made 60 days prior to arrival and in writing for a deposit to be refunded. In the event cancellation is not made as specified above, no refund will be given unless the property is able to re-rented for the same time period. A $75.00 cancellation fee will be charged for any canceled reservation and deducted from the reservation funds received.

Siesta condo

Enjoyed our stay. Property and pool well maintained. Condo very comfortable and porch view was beautiful. Would stay there again.

Enjoyed stay at property

The property was clean with great view of boats thru canal. Wish there were elevators to 3rd floor. Hard lugging up suitcases up stairs. The pickup and drop off of keys not on property.
