About this space
Renovated studio apartment with full kitchen, queen bed, couch, tv, washer/dryer, cookware, towels, linens, and more! Putting green in the back yard with an outdoor kitchen. 2 min walk to the Municipal Golf Course Club House. Perfectly situated between downtown Charleston and Folly Beach. Walk to Riverland Terrace bars / restaurants. Extremely safe neighborhood. On scenic Riverland Road.

Guests have private access to the stand-alone studio apt. The back yard is shared with one other unit renters if booked
Other things to note
The Studio is pet friendly. We do everything we can to mitigate fur and dander including using an ozone machine and of course cleaning and washing every linen and surface, however, a stray pet hair or two cannot be ruled out.
