Putting green in the back yard with an outdoor kitchen. 2 min walk to the Municipal Golf Course Club House. Perfectly situated between downtown Charleston and Folly Beach. Walk to Riverland Terrace bars / restaurants. Extremely safe neighborhood. On scenic Riverland Road.

The Studio is pet friendly. We do everything we can to mitigate fur and dander including using an ozone machine and of course cleaning and washing every linen and surface, however, a stray pet hair or two cannot be ruled out.
