Once a historic Bed & Breakfast, this new luxury rental is located 3 blocks from the heart of downtown Ogunquit and 5 blocks from the beach. The home consists of 7 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, two living spaces and a fully remodeled kitchen - making it the perfect home-base for larger groups or families requiring a little extra space. Originally built in 1880, The Maine House's claim to fame is that is was an operating Inn for over 75 years and was the first schoolhouse in Ogunquit!

The sizable rooms feature original hardwood flooring throughout, en-suite baths and every room has its own mini split so each guest can control their AC/Heat in their respective rooms. The first floor is central heat/AC. Every bedroom has a different "theme" for a unique experience! There is also complete patio in the rear of the home, which has a BRAND NEW HOT TUB, gas grill and patio dining for all of your summer vacation needs.

Saturday Check-In after 3:00 PM - Guests will receive access code to property.


Saturday Check-Out until 10:00 AM - Follow departure instructions provided in rental agreement & welcome packet. Cleaners arrive promptly - late check-out subject to $100 fee.
