Needs attention & Be Upfront about the Camera inside the home because it wasn't listed & still isn't
The property manager response time was good. However entering the property we noticed a live camera in the dining area inside the home viewing the inside of the home -- when inquired about it--the property manager stated it was listed under amenities & I have double checked & it is not listed anywhere (so I was lied to about that). That was definitely uncomfortable during the stay. There was a shortage on wash cloths that I did reach out about but we used the ends of the bath towels to wash with. The King bed in the master bedroom is broken so it needs to be replaced & the Property manager was notified that the bed was like this upon check in and I sent pictures (so it was uncomfortable to sleep due to the dip in the middle of the bed caving in.(caused back pain for us) Minor issues such as there are some scuffs on walls & steps, holes & dents behind the door handles (comes from slamming doors against wall) but that comes from previous occupants those pictures were sent as well. (this was to ensure we are not held liable for that previous property damage) In addition there were 3 ceiling fan remotes missing upon check in & the living room tv remote was missing; a bedroom door handle upstairs was loose almost about to fall off. There was an invasion of ants by the kitchen, but the property manager handled that right away when I made contact by sending pest control out. The house is gorgeous but these were my concerns & the property manager was made aware during our stay
