notified the same day as booking it was double booked so had to struggle to find another place on short notice while traveling . Not sure if property owner issue or VRBO , Not a good experience..

We apologize for the inconvenience. We did let you know right away and called VRBO to fix the issue first. However VRBO doesn’t let us as host cancel on our end. We always encourage guests to book as soon as possible to avoid these issues since we are in multiple platforms. This ensures guest are not booking at the same time and allows us to block dates. Dates are blocked as soon as a guest reserves on any platform. The dates for this particular stay were blocked so I’m not sure but I did let VRBO know of the mistake.

It was cozy, clean and in a nice and convenient area. A bit difficult figuring out how to work the AC/Heater but once we did it was comfortable. On a septic so take extra care. Overall, a very nice place to stay.

This home was just as pictured if not more prettier. Let me talk about the beds, they were super comfortable and the pillows were big and fluffy it makes a huge difference when someone has back issues. The house was big enough for us to all be comfortable. I loved the views of the sunset at night and the quietness in the evening. Great Host giving this house a two thumbs up!! Recommend…. Absolutely!!

Beautiful Historical Mesilla

Very clean, comfortable, and tastefully decorated property. We loved the location near Mesilla. Daily walks through this historical district were a privilege. Lots of space to walk our dog as well. Check-in was easy, check-out was easy. Brought our own air fryer so we ate most of our meals at the property. Weather was glorious. Great stay. Thank you to our hostess.

Hi! I’m Adrianna. I own and operate Don Felix Café on the historic plaza square in Mesilla. Since I was little I’ve always been attached to plaza, while selling corn husk flowers with my grandfather in the shop that is now my restaurant or just exploring the farm lands. Mesilla is not only rich in history but the heart of the town, the people, are second to none. I want everyone to feel the magic that is the Town of Mesilla.

Why they chose this property

Growing up here was a blessing. The unique farm lands and history only added to the great families who live here. We wanted to raise our daughter in the environment I loved as a child while here visiting my grandparents.

What makes this property unique

We are surrounded my farmland. It is quiet and beautiful at night. Without all the city lights you are able to see the night sky.
