ROOMS:
This house sleeps 8 guests. Please see below for bed count:

- Room 1: King bed with a private bathroom and a smart TV. (Sleeps 2)
- Room 2: Queen bed with a smart TV (sleeps 2)
- Room 3: Two queen beds (sleeps 2)
- Room 4: King bed with a smart TV (sleeps 2)

BATHROOMS:
3 full bathrooms fully stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, wash cloths, towels, and a hair dryer.

KITCHEN AND DINING:
Fully stocked with pots & pans, plates, cups, mugs, utensils, cooking tools, coffee pot, toaster oven, oven, refrigerator, and microwave. The dining area is equipped with all the necessary dinnerware.

OUTDOOR SPACE:
Backyard features an outdoor pool with plenty of lounge furniture. 2 picnic tables to
Eat outside. Ping pong table and 2 hammocks. Pool is not heated.

PARKING:
Free parking is available in the driveway for up to 3 cars.

WHATS INCLUDED:
Free wifi, We provide a starter pack of essentials (toilet paper, paper towels, & toiletry) for your first few nights. You may need to purchase more depending on use.

We are located in a lively neighborhood with lots of families and a school nearby. Very close to many stores and restaurants. Blocks from highway for easy access.

The entire house is for your exclusive use. Please observe checkin time is 4pm. Due to high occupancy we may not be able to accommodate an earlier checkin or late checkout. If it is available there is a charge. We recommend you reserve the night before or the night after at a discount rate if needed.

We recommend renting a cart or using Uber or Lyft to get around. Plenty of parking for 3 cars.

Please NO PARTIES AND NO SMOKING. Smoking inside the house will incur an additional cleaning fee. You can smoke outside.
Surveillance cameras on site for your safety and ours.
Remember that you’re staying in a house, not a hotel. we ask that you be mindful of the noise to respect the neighbors. Please treat it with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7. Thank you
•Observe Checkin 4pm and checkout 10am times and instructions. We may be unable to accommodate early checkin, however if it is available we charge $25 per hour. Unauthorized late checkouts will incur up to a $100 fee per hour or portion thereof.

• Absolutely NO PARTIES OR GATHERINGS In case of a party or gathering we will cancel your reservation with NO REFUND of unused nights.

•EXTRA GUESTS not allowed without prior authorization.

• There are 3 surveillance cameras located on this property.

They are recording 24/7 only for security purpose. No indoors cameras or cameras in private areas.

•No smoking inside $250 fine
*No candles or incense allowed

•Be mindful of the noise to respect the neighbors. Keep noise down after 9pm and please keep noise to a minimum in the front of the house.

•Due to the property having a septic tank please ONLY flush toilet paper in toilets.

•We strongly suggest you consider purchasing trip insurance through third party to protect your investment from any unexpected cancellations. We cannot operate outside of our cancellation policy.

•We do inventory after each stay and any missing items, heavily soiled or damaged linen/towels, clogged toilets, excessive dirtiness or indoor smoking will be charged accordingly.
