Yes, we have renovated kitchens, bedrooms, and bathrooms. Most Airbnb's do. The difference with us is we want excellence in service and communication. When you inquire, you will speak with us, the owners of the property. We will be attentive to your needs, and aim to give you a 5 star stay every time. Excellent location-walkable to Grandview Ave/bars/restaurants/shops, close to Upper Arlington, OSU & downtown. 7 minutes from The Shoe/Schott/Blue Jackets. Several medical centers nearby.
The space
This is an attractive red brick building built in the 1940's that has been completely renovated. There are four one story flats/apartments in the building. There are original hardwood floors that have been refinished. The bathroom has new sink, new white subway tile, new fixtures. There are new light fixtures and chandeliers throughout. There's a new kitchen with beautiful new oak countertops, new stainless appliances, and a beautiful vintage looking tile backsplash. Laundry facilities in basement. Nice backyard for pets. Clean, bright, sunny and spacious unit!

Guests have full private access to their apartment. There is a shared building entry door and hallway, and all exterior property is shared with neighbors. There are shared laundry facilities in the basement. Your unit has individual access to its own printer!
