House Rules

• NO UNREGISTERED GUESTS ALLOWED, the number of guests should not exceed the number of registered guest on the reservation. In the event that this happens a Change request should be submitted to Airbnb to increase the number of guest, if not a extra guest fee will be applied per person/ per night.

• No parties or events allowed.

• Please NO shoes inside.

• ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING of any kind allowed.
(That includes but not limited to Cigarettes, E-cigarettes, Vape pens, Hookah, Marijuana/THC oil. If this rule is broken a $800.00 fee will be assessed)

• No lighting of candles , diffuser, wax melts or incense of any kind.

• No pets allowed with the exception of Service Animals.

• Please don’t leave any unwanted food out or in the refrigerator. This is a pest free home and we would like to keep it like that.

• Please respect the 10 p.m. noise curfew.

• Please turn off ALL Lights and AC when you go out.

• Please respect check-in and check-out times (Check-in is 3:00pm and Check-out is at 11:00am)

• Please DO NOT re arrange furnishings. Any damages made to any furnishing will be guests' responsible to pay for damages that occur and Airbnb will be notified.

• Please wash all dishes that was used before checkout or additional $150.00 cleaning fee will be assessed.

• Please take ALL trash out before you leave.

• No weapons and/or Illegal substances are allowed on the premises.
