There is parking for up to 5 cars, as well as RV parking with electrical & water hookups at the end of the driveway.

Booking & Registration:
• After booking, you’ll receive a quick online form (within 24 hours) to:
• Upload a photo ID + selfie (to match your profile)
• E-sign our rental contract
• Bookings are confirmed once this step is completed.
• Your stay includes a $1,500 accidental damage waiver (some exclusions apply).
• If extra cleaning is needed beyond standard turnover, an additional fee may apply.
OCCUPANCY & SEPTIC SYSTEM
• Our home runs on a septic system, so guest count is important.

EXTENDED STAYS

Hi! I'm an interior designer, Short term rental coach, dancer, wife and dog mom and I love traveling & experiencing different cultures. I launched my first STR in Cape Cod in 2005. My forte is beautifully designed spaces that I have poured my whole heart in to. I think about the guest experience from the tiniest to the largest detail ensuring that they feel special every minute of their stay.

Why they chose this property
We stumbled upon Atascadero on a trip to the central coast and quickly decided it was an area we wanted to retire in. I love the French Countryside, and this area reminds me so much of being there. The rolling hills, farmland and animals, vintage feel of the small town and proximity to the coast all have my heart. So I recreated a French farmhouse inspired space filled with items from my travels to France.
What makes this property unique
The home is filled with collected and curated vintage and antique furnishings, art and decor mixed with just enough modern items to make the home feel special. Every wall tells a story, some items are from France, others are collected right here in Atascadero. The acreage is filled with gorgeous gardens, flowers, plants, trees and pathways where they are teeming with life. The sounds of nature all day long are soothing and peaceful. There is just a healing wonderful energy to Chateau Vigne.
