This is the lower level of a single family home. Other guests will be upstairs, but this unit is completely private and separate. You would only interact with other guests in the driveway. The upper level unit also has a second story deck that is above the lower level deck.
You will have access to the entire lower level of this house. You access the private fenced in yard from the side of the house and also have a private entrance. You may also access one stall of a two stall shared garage.

Complimentary house keeping is offered once per month for long term guests. You must maintain a clean apartment in order to keep this service complimentary.
