Very nice and entertaining

The house was more than enough room for 8 people and the kids enjoyed to be able to play arcade games to pace time. Really enjoyed our stay.

Family Friendly Stay

We had a great stay! The house is just outside of town in the country with cows grazing across the road. My kids (ages 4, 7, 10, 12, 14, and 16) enjoyed the ping pong table, air hockey, pool table, and video games. Beds were comfortable. Older house with lots of personality, just right for our trip to Bentonville!

Convenient Location Great for Friends

Was in the Gravette area for a wedding. Not a lot of multi-bed options near the Twin Falls venue but this fit the bill for us—within 25 min drive. On a two-lane highway but wasn’t bad. Older home but was tidy. Parking in rear of house 3 vehicles comfortably. Note: Several exterior cameras, room air fresheners and some “mood” lighting. Food options just down the road.

We enjoyed our stay

Privacy and close to anything you need. We attended U of À graduation and this served our needs. This is an older home but was clean. The beds were comfortable, younger ones enjoyed the ping pong, gaming systems and there are big screens tv's in every room with streaming, good internet service making gaming and movie watching great. One suggestion would be more chairs, the stools in the kitchen are uncomfortable for older adults and not practical if you need more seating in other areas. It would be nice if the upstairs room had a bathroom. Also would be nice if the hot tub had been open and the grill outside would have been in working order. We did enjoy our stay.

This is a perfect family property to stay at. It was nice to have the refrigerator. Have some condiments in it already. When I needed to contact the owner due to being locked out of a room accidentally he responded immediately. Really liked the layout. It’s very different but it’s great for splitting up Kids of different age groups and needs. It was wonderful to have two dryers available. The video games were a major hit with my kids and grandkids. extremely family friendly. Definitely would stay here again lots of broom, and a nice yard. Wished the weather would’ve been better so we could’ve used the hot tub.
