Enjoy the best of all worlds in this private property with a pool surrounded by breathtaking Mountain View’s, gorgeous cacti and native plants . High end finishes and views from almost every room . Premier location with quick access to shopping and dining . Walk to Safeway , Starbucks, and restaurants just a few blocks away . Close to Oro Valley as well as downtown access such as the University of Arizona .

The nearly 3,000 square feet home is on a large 1.3 acre lot in Casa Adobes for privacy from close neighbors . The home has been recently designed and furnished with your comfort in mind . No matter what brings you to Tucson , you’ll find it hard to leave this beautiful home and its close and central proximity to so many things in Tucson . Pool can be heated for $120 per day plus 8% to cover VRBO taxes and fees they charge us. Hot tub is no additional charges and can be ran up to two hours per day . Hot tub is controlled via our app so Guests only have to message us when desired time of use will be . Hot tub can be used up to Two (2) hours per day . More than 2 hours per day without heating the pool is $25 for each additional 2 hour increment minimum charge. It takes about 45 minutes to reach full temperature . Pool take a full day to heat if that is desired

Load the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Pool can be heated to 85 degrees . It does cost $120 per day to heat . Please advise in advance if choose to heat the pool as it take 1 day to heat
To use hot tub please message or text us what time you want to use it . The entire system is operated on an app we control
Hot tub can run up to two hours per day . It takes about 45 minutes to reach 100 degrees so please message us when you will want to use it.

We had a wonderful week in Tuscon. The house was in a great location for hiking and easy access to grocery stores, restaurants and fun activities. The heated pool/hot tub were a fantastic way to spend our afternoons/evenings. The host was super responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay here. The location was very quiet and the home welcoming. All kitchen is well stocked and everything we went to find(small appliances, kitchen utensils, cooking needs) we found. Beds are super comfortable and the quality of furnishing high end. The host was super responsive to few quick questions that we pinged him about. There is great restaurants and shopping very close by. Easy drive to all the things we had planned(golf, rock and mineral show and a jeep trip in the desert). I would highly recommend this wonderful property and would return again!

Beautiful home

The house and mountain view were great. The house is the nicest one we have ever stayed in the Tucson - we have stayed at several. Location was perfect. Just a couple of blocks from Safeway and Walgreens. Several restaurants were located nearby. There was even a little view of the Tucson lights at night.

Great Place for a vacation for 3 - 8 people!

Great: 1. There were plenty of towels and bed linen for us, my sister and friend, to use so that's a plus. 2. Being able to park our car in your garage was awesome and so helpful. Thank you for allowing us to do so. Yours is the first place we have been able to do so. Love it. 3. Your lighting system is the best I have ever seen. Really enjoyed the 3 way lighting and the under cabinet coming on as we walked into the kitchen was the bomb. 4. Benches throughout the house was a great plus. Also, more than enough storage in the cabinets. 5. House was very clean and we made use of the ladder, cleaning supplies, scotch tape, etc. 6. Your appliances were top of the line and worked wonderfully from the Maytag washer and dryer to the LG refrigerator. 7. 3 full baths and 3 bedrooms fit our needs to a T.
