Victoria’s house is located in Morrisville, NC, US.
There is a big shopping mall - Park West Village. It has so much fun to do...shopping, beauty salons, restaurants, movie theater & etc. It's only 1.4 miles to drive from the house. There's also Morrisville Community Park in 1 mile driving. It's located 9 minutes from RTP and 14 minutes away from RDU airport. It's on the border with town of Cary, 10 miles to PNC arena in Raleigh, 15 minutes to Chapel Hill & 20 minutes to DUKE University.

This includes the A/C or heating system, appliances, fire hazards, the water heater, water leaks, plumbing issues, or any other urgent concern. Please contact host as soon as the issue is noticed, provide a clear explanation, and send photos to help us assess and resolve the problem promptly. Guests may choose to vacate the property so the owner can use insurance-approved contractors to complete the necessary repairs as quickly as possible. If the guest chooses this option, a refund will be provided for any unused nights of the reservation.
If the guest chooses to remain at the property while repairs are being completed, we will make every reasonable effort to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, which may require hiring private contractors at a substantially higher cost. By choosing to remain in the property during the repair process, the guest acknowledges that no refund for any portion of the stay will be provided, and additional compensation is not offered, as the guest continues to occupy and use the property and its remaining amenities while repairs are underway

Great Location

Came down to the area for Thanksgiving with the family. The house was right around the corner from where our family lives in the area. Centrally located to restaurants, parks, and grocery shopping.House was warm, comfortable, and well equipped. Very pleasant stay!

Very convenient but private

We really enjoyed staying at this lovely, clean, updated home. The kitchen was very well equipped, the living areas very comfortable, and the master bedroom/bathroom was very nicely appointed. The powder room on the main floor was an added bonus. There were two spacious bedrooms upstairs with another full bathroom. We would definitely stay there again.

Generally the property is decent. The listing says sleeps 8 but I could see only 7 sleeping place!! The pillows were just too flat and was not comfortable at all. Others than that our stay went well. It was in a very convenient location

We stayed at Victoria‘s house while visiting family in the area. We were very happy to be able to bring our dog with us and the fenced yard was a huge advantage. The house is beautiful with attention to details gladly noted. Great shopping and restaurants within five minutes!
