Coconut Cove showcases vibrant yellows and rich browns, complemented by a midcentury modern decor, promising our guests an exceptional vacation experience.

Both beds have ultra comfortable Sealy mattresses, linens and multiple pillows.

The gorgeous and spacious bathroom has his and hers sinks, makeup cloths, a luxurious rain fall shower head and detachable hand-held shower head. For your convenience we provide Island Tranquility nourishing Shampoo, Conditioner and Body Wash, 100% Vegan & Cruelty-Free, in Green Tea & Lemongrass Scent. Giving all your senses the tingles.

If you are here for work, we provide a workspace with desk and lamp. The desk has plugs for laptop and phones. There is free wifi to connect to as well.

All guests have access to the fully fenced shared courtyard, firepit/BBQ area, parking spaces, trash area and laundry facilities.

Our team is close by if needed but we also give our guests space. All communication should be directed to our CoHost Jennifer via text, call or messaging.

Although historic, Rosemary District is a trendy neighborhood with local cafes and beautiful modern bistros serving elevated American cuisine in stylish surrounds, plus laid-back pubs with live music followed with some amazing food and beverages. You will see neighbors jogging and strolling a scenic path towards the Marina. Close to theatres and the Ringling Museum.

Parking is free on site with designated spots for each unit off the street.
Sarasota has recently launched a VEO ride program. You can download the app and locate electric scooters/bikes for first mile/last mile trips.

We provide a starter kit containing essentials such as 2 trash bags, 2 laundry pods, and 2 dryer sheets, along with an extra roll of paper towels and 3 additional rolls of toilet paper.
*Please note that only septic-safe toilet paper is permitted due to sensitive pipes. For longer stays, guests are responsible for acquiring additional supplies as needed.

Each person receives 2 bath towels, a hand towel, a washcloth, and a makeup washcloth. An extra set of linens and a bath towel are stored in each bedroom closet.

Beach items are available. We have chairs, umbrella, coolers, and towels. To ensure availability, please specify your needs at the time of booking.

Cots can be provided for a $35 fee, subject to availability. Kindly request them when booking.

Reservations 7 days or longer, not opting for the non-refundable option, will receive a 10% weekly discount. Please inquire at the time of booking so we can manually add it for you.

The Coconut Places offer discounts for monthly and long-term stays, based on availability, season, and length of stay. For guests staying a month or more, management provides light cleaning at a discounted rate of $75 or as mutually agreed upon.

We warmly welcome furry family members weighing up to 15lbs, with a $99 fee per pet for extra cleaning. We do charge $50 for any pet waste left behind. Pets must be crated when guests are absent, and if needed, please inform us in advance so we can provide a crate in the unit.

For security reasons, we require a picture of a valid government ID for each guest at the time of booking. Additionally, our outdoor premises are under 24-hour surveillance.

Please note that city ordinance prohibits the parking of trucks, trailers, mobile homes, buses, or similar vehicles on any residential street between 6:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m.

~ We provide black makeup wash cloths to remove makeup. The white wash cloths will stain and be thrown away if used for makeup. We will charge for any towels or linens that have to be discarded.

~Only septic-safe toilet paper can be used and a plumbing service charge by the plumbers will be applied if sanitary products, paper towels, wipes and diapers are disposed of in the toilets.

~We had the property jetted and all lines cleared on 04/05/2023; if a plumber has to be called out to unclogged a unit's pipes it will be at the expense of the guest.

~There is a $500 fine for undisclosed pets (service pets with documentation excluded)

~If the guests do not pick up dog waste there will be a fee of $50 that will be charged.

~Please crate your pets when you are not at your unit. If a crate is needed, please advise and we will provide one in the unit.

~ Weight limit for dogs is 15 lbs.

~ There is a $25 fee for early check-in or late check out if available. Please ask.

~We have a strict nonsmoking policy inside the units. We will file a claim for $1000 for professional cleaning services.

~Upon booking please advise if beach items are needed. We will provide, towels, umbrella and chairs. A $25 fee will be charged for any missing or damaged items.

~Due to the safety of all guests, we do not accept dogs from the aggressive breeds list.

~No loud music or voices are allowed past 10pm and please be courteous as the courtyard is shared by all units.

~Please inquire about cat exceptions. We do not typically accept cats.
