Come enjoy our stylish, recently fully remodeled home that has 3 bedrooms upstairs, and a living space, kitchen, laundry room and a bathroom downstairs. Guests are welcome to use the deck and backyard. This home is in a quite neighborhood, no parties allowed.

Clackamas mall and other shopping centers 8 min drive.
Delicious food carts within 5 min walk.
Neighborhood park within 5 min walk. Happy Valley park within 8 min drive.

Great place

The house was very nice and well maintained. It was close to restaurants and the food trucks around the corner are fantastic. We will definitely look at staying again when we visit the grandkids.

Almost Perfect!

We were in town for a wedding and this was perfect for our stay. My only slight complaint was a little road noise but not enough to keep any of us up at night. Perfect size, very clean and well maintained

Consumer AlertThe host requires a deposit (to be paid via Paypal) which was not stated before I rented the property. I called VRBO regarding and they informed me that a host cannot demand a deposit to be paid via third party (any other site other than VRBO) and it needed to be stated in the listing breakdown BEFORE PAYING FOR THE RENTAL. LocationThe location was about 20-30 minutes away from Universal Studios which was great! HouseThe size of the house accommodated 18 people. However, there was not enough towels to accommodate 18 people. House ConditionThe furniture has a lot of stretches on it, the media room chairs are broken, the dishwasher was not working, the front door was not childproof (locks from the outside ) a child can simply turn the knob and go out of the house ( we travel with a portable door lock). The stair railing was broken, stains on all of the carpet, and bugs where in the bedrooms. The air went out, however the host did send someone to fix it. I inquired about some of the conditions, but they were not addressed. Cleanliness The house was not cleaned properly. We had to clean the tubs. PoolThere are no lights in the pool. You cannot use it at night. The pool was cleaned once and not good. Not sure if the pool filter worked because it was a lot a ants floating in the pool later during our stay. The pool net to clean the pool had a hole in it. Stay interrupted The host had a four hour home inspection during my stay and claimed I would get 150

Clean and homey

We enjoyed our stay with 4 adults and a baby. King bed with attached bathroom and the other two bedrooms shared a bathroom. I would recommend!

Great experience

House is in excellent condition. Just as described. Valeriy was very easy to work with, great communication. Neighborhood is nice. Street parking and driveway were available. We were in town for a family reunion, will definitely stay here again for the next reunion!

Full remodeled, clean, and spacious.

The place is indeed fully remodeled and was very clean. It is spacious, with three bedrooms, three bathrooms with four beds, kitchen, laundry, and two levels. The house is near a major road so road noise was an occasional annoyance. It has only one TV, in the living room with none in the bedrooms. The beds are topped with firm foam. This is subjective, of course. We don't care for firm mattresses but these were ok, better than many hotels but too firm for us. Sheets were very nice, however, better than almost any hotel. Communication with owner was very good.

Happy Valley home

Clean home in very nice neighborhood in Happy Valley. Easy access to restaurants, shops and interstate. Home had everything we needed for our family 5 night stay. Will definitely look up again when we come back to the Portltarea.
