Located at the base of Old Mission Peninsula with a 5 mins to downtown Traverse City or public beaches. 5 mins to the Mission Point Lighthouse and many of the wineries on the Peninsula. 45 mins to Sleeping Bear Dunes. 20 mins to the Horse Shows in Williamsburg. In a quiet kid friendly neighborhood where you can enjoy a large backyard and patio. A great place to be in the action if you want to, or out of it.
