PRICE IS FOR 2 GUESTS ONLY each additional guest is $25.00 per night. Pets are welcome with the $20 Pet Fee. Sandy Acres, 3 Bedroom, 2 Full Bathroom with Loft VIA Stairs with 4 Beds. Can sleep up to 16 if 2 per bed and have one toddler log bed. Nestled in the majestic hills of Kentucky, is family owned and run. Our non-smoking log cabin has central heat and air. Cable TV-DVD player and High Speed WI-FI. All 5 Log Beds are Queen Size. 2 lower level bedrooms with 2 Full/Twin Beds. 9 Beds total.
The space
We have a common area with Sofa, Chairs and big screen TV on the lower level. You'll also enjoy the fire pit for night time bonfires & s'mores! 24 hr Security camera outside of the building for your security. Sandy Acres is the perfect place for a quiet time away for any individual or couple wanting to escape the busy routine of life, a romantic getaway for two, a vacation time for a family, Family Reunions or even a group of hunters! You will also enjoy our modern kitchen with updated stove, range, microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher. The cabin in located on a hilltop of 30 acres, so bringing your horse and trailer is always welcome. Of course, being fully furnished, you'll find plenty of dishes, silverware, cooking utensils, coffee maker and toaster. Modern bath / shower are available. Please bring your own toiletries. Enjoy the screened windows for clean mountain air, lots of land to roam, as well as plenty of room to park your trailer. We are pet friendly for the responsible pet owner. A nominal $20 pet fee would be required.

The property was great and the host was very friendly and responsive. The only feedback I would have is parking is tight and wouldnt be well suited for pickups with trailers as we had. Otherwise exceptional and wrll cared for and well equipped with entertsinment as well.

This was a much needed weekend getaway for me and husband. We have a farm with livestock to tend to, recently lost a family member just needed a bit of a change. We picked this place particularly because it was away from home but has the look of country living as we do daily. Didn’t miss a beat, wanted for nothing as it was already there. Great getaway

Lovely stay in a quiet, serene neighborhood. The cabin was stocked as though a full family lived there and so clean it seemed no one had ever been there. Highly recommended!

Great family getaway cabin

We absolutely adore staying here when we're visiting with family that comes in from different locations. It's got plenty of space to visit together and is comfortable sleeping everyone! The kids love the bunk beds. The kitchen is stocked with pretty much anything you might need for you to cook while you're there. Definitely our favorite getaway!

So Restful!

A very quiet and peaceful log cabin. Everything we needed--and more--provided. Firewood at no extra charge is a nice perk. The place is super dog friendly, with a huge field for long walks away from people or vehicles. And the host does a perfect job of being available but not intrusive.

Awesome place

Everything was exactly as described and even better. Pictures do not do this place justice. It is absolutely beautiful. Extremely clean and one of the easiest property owners I’ve ever dealt with in my life. They are willing to go above and beyond, and it shows. You would not regret booking this place at all!
