A cute lake house property at the end of a quiet culdesac close to 120 but private, safe and secluded 20 minutes outside of Gainesville in the countryside. A perfect retreat not far from the hustle and bustle of Gainesville and a quick drive to restaurants and facilities including local hospitals. Drop your kayak or ours into the lake each morning for exercise and enjoy coming home to peace and tranquility at the end of a busy day. Close to horse trails, springs and everything that north Florida has to offer. Central location with easy access to Jacksonville, St Augustine, Ocala and Orlando.... with lovely open drives to get there.
