Have fun with the whole family in our 4 bedroom/2 bath ranch home. About 8 miles to Anna Maria Island and even closer to downtown Bradenton, it’s the perfect spot for families, couples' getaway or a girl's trip. The home is complete with game room/bar, office space/FAST WI-FI just in case you have some work to do before heading out to the beach. The backyard is a getaway on it’s own complete with heated pool, grill and outdoor seating area!

The primary bedroom comes with a comfortable King bed overlooking the pool, as well as a generous closet. Bedroom number 2 has a Queen bed and ample storage, while the 3rd bedroom has a double bed. There is an office attached to the primary bedroom with a twin bed, providing plenty of options for sleeping arrangements. The family room features a pull out couch as well. With two full-size bathrooms, this house has everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Stay entertained with our smart TV's and hi-speed WI-FI, or challenge your family to a game of MS PAC-MAN or ping pong. If you need a little more room, we have a listing that includes the in-law suite as well. There are two houses on the property with no shared spaces. Residential neighborhood with great neighbors. A car is recommended but many local attractions are a short Uber ride away.

Your host has provided an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, laundry detergent, dish detergent, etc. Starter supplies are NOT unlimited supplies but there are several grocery stores nearby.

We do not subscribe to any cable TV service, but have 5 smart tvs that you can access your subscriptions.

The private pool is heated to 86 from October-May. During unseasonably cold weather, the pool could be cooler than is comfortable. We cannot help as this is beyond our control.

There is a camera facing driveway for the security of our guests and the home. It does record video and sound. Tampering or disabling cameras will result in termination of your stay without refund.

Quiet hours are between 10pm-8am. This is strictly enforced by Bradenton Police.
