There are 2 cameras outside of the front of the house recording 24/7 for your own safety as well as the safety of the property. They are *not* faced towards the inside. They are both pointed away from the house. One towards the driveway & one at the front door entrance.

There are also 2 noise sensors. One at the back patio and one inside the living room. The noise monitors do not record voices - only decibels to ensure there are no parties or loud music after quiet hours.

Moms and Sons Baseball Trip

We were a group of 4 moms with their 11 year old sons going to Phoenix for baseball spring training camp and a baseball tournament. This house could not have been more perfect...amazing outdoor space for both adults and kids, quiet bedrooms, comfortable beds, 2 large TV rooms, grill, and much more. Perfect for cooking and entertaining some of our other baseball families. This was exactly what we needed. The host was very kind in allowing us to have a few friends over. Wonderful property.

Awesome Place

My brothers and I stayed here for our annual golf trip and it was perfect for us. It had four beds so we each had our own rooms. Had two separate sitting areas to watch TV and hang out and three full bathrooms. The outdoor space was amazing and the heated pool was fantastic. We had frost delays in the mornings for golf so it was cold, but the pool was like bath water. Because it was unusually cold, we did not spend as much time outside while at the house, but definitely would have. Great communication, super easy to get in and out, very convenient to anything you could want or need, overall fantastic. These hosts have earned my business when we return for next year's trip. Thanks Haley!
