Repeat Guests please reach out regarding our new policy. Our exceptional home, Casa Palmilla is located in the highly desired and quiet neighborhood of Desert Ridge. We are located on the border of North Phoenix and Scottsdale, only minutes from the Loop 101 and 51 Highway.
This fabulous home boasts a spacious open concept floorpan with 4 bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths, 2 living areas and a den. Our bedrooms have soft luxury linens along with with comfortable beds. We also have big screen TV's in family room as well as in master.
All rooms have high vaulted ceilings and beautiful wood plank tile floors. We have tastefully decorated with Pottery Barn contemporary type furniture.

One of the top features of this home is the retreat like private back yard with several waterfalls that cascade into a pebble tech pool Gorgeous landscaping and tons of flagstone turn this spacious backyard into a true paradise. It is the perfect spot to relax or entertain! We offer a heated pool for a charge of $40-55 per day in the winter season. Please note because our pool has an upgraded blackish pebble tech coating with a dark mottled appearance, this may resemble a murky bottom but it's just the nature of the design.
Casa Palmilla now has a minimum rental of 30 days. Repeat guests please reach out re policy.

Casa Palmilla was everything we expected! The house was perfect: spacious for our family, private, clean, comfortable and very inviting pool area! The house was equipped with all needs to walk in and live easily, which is what we needed for two months. Desert Ridge shopping was only two miles away which was filled with grocery, gas, shipping and entertainment. The owners were easy to reach and hospitable. We highly recommend this house. It was also easy access to freeways!

Gorgeous property

Plenty of space for the whole family to spread out and have their own privacy. Loved the pool and patio area to play board games and cards in the shade. Enjoyed cooking with the nice appliances and having all the extra amenities to cook at home. The property owner even had a dog bed available for our dog. So thoughtful! Loved this home.

Awesome Home / Great Location

This home is truly a “home away from home”. We had several family members join us and there was plenty of room for everyone. A lot of pride has gone into updates and the owners have thought of everything, beautifully appointed. Check in was super easy and Kim checked in a few times during the stay to see that everything was going well. The northeast PHX location is convenient and the neighborhood is quiet with walking trails and parks throughout.

Exceptional location for WM Open

Clean, open and very welcoming house for group we hosted to view WM Open. Very close by Uber to course and surrounding areas for food and sun dried. Open floor plan made it easy to hang out in group setting. Would highly recommend to any/all who are looking for a comfortable house setting. Pool would be great in warmer months!!

We were a group of 7 women who travel together. This house was beautiful. The beds were the most comfortable beds we have slept in. The owners were very kind and responsive. The pool is lovely. Only negative wound be not having a hand rail to get into pool. Would stay here again in a minute if traveling to phoenix.

Fantastic Family Vacation!!

Wonderful home, space, pool and location! Exceeded our expectations by far!! Within an hour of being there, we all decided we would definitely stay here again! If we could give more than 5 stars, we would!! We wanted to stay somewhere with a pool, close to stores and shopping and near family in the area. It checked all the boxes. We enjoyed the pool and we never lacked for anything else during our stay! Excellent communication with the Host, which was so nice! Just wonderful!

Beautiful house.

The house and amenities are great. Perfect house for multi-generational families with how it is laid out. Overall everything was very clean and spacious. The kitchen was well equipped and had all updated appliances. The beds were very comfortable. The pool area was beautiful and the heated pool was great for this time of year. Kim the owner is very responsive and made sure everything was good for our stay. The Desert Ridge area where the house was located is close to everything. Would highly recommend this house for your stay in the Phoenix/Scottsdale area!

My husband is a semi retired physician from Denver that loves to golf. I am retired from property management, and love to trail ride my horses in the Colorado mountains. We wanted to find a second home, where we could both spend some quiet time, while still enjoying our hobbies. We also love to swim and wanted to find a home with a spectacular pool and backyard.

Why they chose this property

We have always loved the North Phoenix/Scottsdale area. It is so close to golf courses, shopping, and the trendy Desert Ridge Marketplace and City North. We fell in love with the Aviano neighborhood with all the open space and parks. It has a Santa Barbara feel, with its mission like architecture.

What makes this property unique

We knew we wanted to live here, when we walked into the backyard oasis. We wanted a private and beautifully landscaped area, as we spend a lot of time outdoors. We are right next to a lush park with lots of trees, which adds to the beauty of the landscape. The rest of the home was in immaculate shape with gorgeous wood tile plank floors. We knew this place was special and hope you enjoy it as much as we do.
