Delightful

Most enjoyable and comfortable stay. Host was very responsive. Building and grounds kept immaculately with good security and helpful staff.

Our stay at the Serano building of Hammock Bay was excellent. The property description and pictures were exactly what we found when we arrived. Everything was very clean and well maintained. The amenities of Hammock Bay were beyond our expectations. The golf course,pools, exercise room, theatre room and social room are superb amenities. The transfer fee gave us access to golfing and the resort activities of the Marriott. The location is close to Marco Island and easily accessible to shopping. The owner was always available to answer any question and replied in a timely manner. We are looking forward to our next stay.

A Perfect Stay in Paradise

The Serano is located in southern Naples near Marco Island. Our family visited for a week during our stay. We all enjoyed the unit, it's beautifully landscaped pool. Also we paid to transfer the owner's membership at The Members Club at Marco that gave us access to two private golf courses and the amenities of the JW Marriot at the beach on Marco Island. We will definitely be back.

Paradise

This condo is a lovely, well decorated and very comfortable home set in beautiful Hammock Bay. It has well maintained amenities, such as the pool, gym and lush grounds to walk or bike. The condo has a private lanai overlooking the pool and grounds where you can relax and enjoy the Florida weather. Bonus is the beautiful sunsets ever night. Can’t wait to go back!

A beautiful condo with many amenties

Owner was great to work with and always responded quickly. You have to get used to significant security, but we often had the pool and hot tub to ourselves. Also, had great access to electronics for tv watching.
